Chill vibes around the pool with Hawaiian music playing most nights. A comfortable bed and the room is large. Parking is easy on the street. We avoided the $45 valet fee. Easy walk to the beach.

Room 302a the fan on the bathroom was so noisy we showered in the dark as the fan and light are one switch. The staff don’t seem to care about the guests and ignore you when you arrive back each day. The housekeeping is every second day and when they made up our room it was a very average job. There is no elevator which is tricky staying on the 3rd floor with lots of luggage. The step up into the shower is very large and some people would struggle.

My wife and I spent 11 days at the White Sands in April for our honeymoon. We loved the hotel from the moment we walked in the staff helped with everything and the hotel was just as advertised. The pool and bar were a highlight and we easily spent a few days not even leaving the hotel. Just to highlight how amazing the hotel and staff are i stupidity left some very important work IDs in the room safe when we checked out. After contacting the hotel the staff found my ID and posted them asap all the way to my home in Australia.

The location is amazing and the common areas (pool, bar) are beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed the bar and restaurant, swimming every day in the pool, and the complimentary coffee and slushees. Overall a wonderful walkable location with great hospitality. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and would come back again.

The room smelled mildewy and the bathroom had large visible mildew. My husband is allergic to all molds and was sniffling and sneezing in the room so we tried to stay outside as much as possible. The carpet in the room felt sticky(?) or damp and was dirty (when barefoot in the room you’d get black on the bottoms of your feet from the carpet). Overall the rooms need a deep clean and probably not having carpet would help with the moisture issues.

Such a great place to stay. The common area is beautiful, quiet places to sit, koi pond, and the swimming pool is small but spacious enough even at the most busiest times. Hotel may not look like it, but it’s very family friendly. Staff are helpful, even with late check ins. Great location-so close to international market place and only two blocks from the beach. Great place to stay with kids. Quiet at night. Free slushies are a nice touch!

Parking was a little difficult, hotel changed from self park to valet parking after we booked but before our stay, so it ended up being a bit more pricey than we had expected. However, we never had to wait long for the car to be brought around.

Cute little touches all over, well decorated room, lovely reception staff, complimentary refreshments by the pool.

Super noisy!! Even though we requested a quiet room, we were given a room directly above their cocktail bar, where loud music was played until 1am. And during the day there's noise from the carpark and valet staff. Another issue was, even though there's a kitchenette in the room, they don't supply basic utensils like a knife to cut a piece of fruit. The windowless bathroom fan didn't work either. Lastly, the staff should set rules and monitor the use of sunbeds around the pool, other guests were hogging them all day long.

Location - very convenient to get buses, lots of eateries around the hotel, the International Market (a small but nice shopping centre) is just across the road. Not a large complex like the other hotel resorts. This means not as many families and kids. Personally I like it not so noisy and chaotic. In room mini kitchen facilities is great. There is a microwave, a small fridge and an electric kettle. The kettle is better than those fancy coffee machines. It lets you make tea as well as coffee as long as you have a jug of hot water.

Not enough lighting in the room. No chair to sit on.

I was pleasantly surprised with our stay here! I love boutique hotels, and the pictures are accurate. It’s a little bit back from Waikiki Beach, but this worked well for us, and still a wasn’t a far walk. I was worried as other reviews stated noise was an issue; however we had a room away from the pool and had no noise issues whatsoever. Front desk was very helpful and we were able to check in very early after our flight got in in the early morning. Valet parking only, a bit expensive. However there is street parking if you can find a spot nearby, so you can check every day and check your car in and out, which we did utilize. Overall the price was quite good being in downtown Waikiki.

There was a pool party the hotel threw during our stay. We could attend, and it was 3-7 pm. As it’s small, it did take up the whole area and we weren’t interested in going, so felt a bit uncomfortable. Not the biggest deal though. The rooms are a little dated, but I expected this and certainly were not uncomfortable by any means.

Property was great! Great location, close to everything including the beach. Very helpful and friendly staff. Food at the restaurant was really good. Room very clean and comfortable. The pool area was nice and chill and there's also a pond with coi fish. Overall my 1 night stay was good.

The only thing I didn't like,was that the internet in my room was not working. Apparently they had been having some issues with it so,it was out of there hands.

Location is great really central to everything but off the Main Street so it’s secluded and quiet. All the staff are really nice and make you feel welcome immediately. Room size was great and very quiet at night. The bar is really cool looking and there’s also a speakeasy nearby. Really liked the amenities available as well as free slushies and other things in the lobby.

The pool area could do with more deck chairs, due to the buildings and trees surrounding the area it covers a lot of the place in shade so not much available to tan in. We stayed in winter though so might be better during summer. Hotel itself could do with a more modern update it looks slightly dated in places although part seems like it’s going for that look at the same time.

Tropical casual island motif with thick cushy clean lounge chairs by pool and cute island bamboo bar. Nice clean rooms with little area with sink, mini fridge little table and chairs. Plugs for phones, I like the retro style and art in rooms. Free coffee machine when it was working. Nice staff. Great location by beach near Royal Hawaiian, Duke’s, Nordstrom Rack, Ross’s.

Not much offsets this cute place but in the room it was a wired hard to figure out fan with light push button something. Got fan going but light would come on. Kept pushing to get light on but it wouldn’t come on, etc. there is a cute little area in back of pool garden with a tile hot tub grotto looking thing but the tub didn’t seem like it got hot.
