Close to family

Arrived about an hour early. Had to wait until 3 to check in. Was told rooms were being cleaned. Sat in the lobby. Another customer came in and was waited on and given a room, without a reservation. When I walked up to the counter, the girl looked at me and asked if I needed help. This is the same girl who told me I had to wait until 3.

Very convenient location when visiting the family in Illinois. Have stayed there several times at different times of the year and have always been accommodated with my requests. If I had one suggestion it would be to have a covered roof of some type at the entrance. It was pouring rain on arrival this last time and had to unload luggage with no shelter from the rain. Probably the only hotel I have ever stayed that didn't have a covered area for this need.

See above plus the pool was too cold to enjoy. This is not a deal breaker but the family was looking forward to enjoying some relaxation in the water.

The staff was nice and a complementary breakfast with us really good.

I didn’t like that I had to go to the third-floor to get a room. I also did not like the fact that it smelled bad. It reeked of dirty carpet. The carpet really needs to be cleaned in every room. Also when I walked around the room it was a squeaky noise and the chest that holds, the microwave and refrigerator made a noise when I walked.

The price for our three night stay was good.

My friend showers at night; she had no complaints. I like morning showers, but there wasn't any hot water. The first two mornings it was barely lukewarm and the last morning the water was too cold to shower. I wouldn't consider this a bad review, though. Most of the staff were very pleasant & the hotel was clean.

Right off HWY 57. Staff was beyond friendly which was refreshing compared to other hotels we have stayed at. Rooms were nice and big!

Breakfast was wonderful but beyond chaotic. Kids should not be allowed to try and make their own waffles… what a mess!

I thought it was good. Occasionally had to wait my turn for waffle maker. Personal were constantly cleaning tables and counters

I noticed when in elevator, it is due for a check up. It shows in elevator it expired the end of March

Staff was friendly room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable, and breakfast was well stocked and good.

When I first walked in to the room it was clean but the toilet and seat was very dirty... I had to clean it off myself was covered with feces.... I just don't think the cleaning staff felt it was up to there pay grade to clean it.. other then that had a good stay.

The room was bigger than suspected and very clean. The tv was rather large and the beds were super comfortable. Super convient location. perfectly in the middle of Manteno and Bourbonais

the only down sides were that one the 3rd floor we didn’t have amazing water pressure. It was still good but nothing to write home about. And the elevator is a bit spooky, but as are all elevators.

I liked that it was right off the highway and quiet. The breakfast was on point needed another waffle station kids stayed there for a while but over all food was good.

I didn’t like the fact that the coffee pot was in the bathroom who makes coffee in the bathroom.

Great staff, good rooms

When someone requests accessible room and it isnt available, more effort should be placed on then trying to locate them near elevator as opposed to last room down the hall. Also need to replace chairs outside the front entrance - we missed them!
