Great location, free parking, every employee we interacted with was fantastic, kid loved the indoor pool.

They charged us for our room 3 times because I paid with a different card than I booked with - I did get my money back and they were the ones who caught it and called me to ask which card I wanted charged. But we overheard someone else at the front desk having a similar issue, so maybe it’s common? Also I had to have my card key reprogrammed every day because it didn’t work when I got back to my room each night which was inconvenient after a long day.

The room was spacious, and clean . The bed was comfortable and allowed for a restful sleep. The whole vibe was one of peace and comfort. Breakfast was superb. Healthy and plenty options to choose from. Coffee was delicious. The staff was friendly, attentive and kind. This will be my first choice whenever I am in town. Near by Dinner options were good and affordable. Gratitude to the staff.

Nothing to dislike.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel. It is always good. The building is getting old and there is basic maintenance that may need to be addressed but it is always clean and great staff.

Staff was friendly we had an issue with the bathroom and someone was looking at it without 10 min. Fixed in 30 min. Breakfast had a variety and lots of it! Staff was able to speak to the travelers and resolve an issue others were having. They were respectful and fair in resolving the issue.

The carpets in the hallways and our rooms were super stained and or dirty. The rooms had a stale smell to them. I think it just needs a little bit of TLC and it would be fine.

The staff, It was like each and every front desk person took special time outta their day to make sure we were accommodated and treated like we were important. They were down to earth understanding and I appreciated every single thing they did for us

I didn't like that the walls are so thin. My kids are rowdy and just wish the material in the floors in-between the stories were thicker

The front desk check in process was smooth. I did enjoy the conversation with the front desk person. I also received great advise as to other places to get food from.

There were numerous individuals that were just hanging out in the parking lot (I did observe a few drug sales/exchanges) this made me a little nervous. The downside is that the elevator moves very slow and they only have one.

Highly recommend! We were located at the center of all the places we visited!!! National Parks, Lakes and shopping. Even hit the Strip, briefly. Lol. Why? We'll, had a casino out my door!! Loved this place! Great breakfast food!!

You know, other than the dated carpet in the halls and the laundry needed upgrades, it was fantastic!

We had a rental car making this a convenient location to get to the Las Vegas Strip and the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. Of all the places we stayed on a two week trip this had the best breakfast by far. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel was well maintained.

Only disappointment was that the hot tube was under repair and not in service when we were there. We were looking forward to it after a long day of hiking and site seeing.

The breakfast was good each morning and the facility was nice.

It would be much more convenient if the back door electronic lock was working so guests could use their card to get in. As it was, guests had to use a rock to prop the door open which was very unsafe.

The breakfast was incredible. Exceeded my expectations! Staff was so friendly and helpful. Will be booking here again next year!

Was kinda bummed that the pool was out of service but they did have a jacuzzi available from 10an to 10pm.
