Very efficient staff, clean facilities and comfortable room made for a pleasant stay. Also a Great coffee station and adequate breakfast for reasonable price

The breakfast room was staffed on Friday and Monday by a women named Shelia, she took over for a lady that just had surgery, This woman ( Shelia) was the best, she greeted people as they came in, made sure all tables were clean along with the counter. Made sure everything was well stocked, and helped people if they needed anything, I can not say enough about her other then she was great. On Sunday there was a different lady who did not have a clue, tables were dirty, count was a mess, but, she did mop the hall even though there was a room full of guests coming and going in and out of the dining area. On Saturday I do not know who worked because I never did see anyone.

online check in; the clerk had trouble finding my reservation when I got there; took a few minutes for the reservation to "update" that was concerning I didn't like the text at 818 am demanding a checking out time thru text; I was sleeping when this text awoke me. Most of us are aware of check out time; we don't need a wake up text.

The staff were very friendly. The lobby was decorated nicely for Easter and everything was clean. The room was also clean and I was happy that they supplied the larger style fridge. In the morning I was blown away by the selection of breakfast items they had to offer. Once again everything was clean, there was a nice staff lady who cleaned the breakfast area. Overall great experience primarily because of the breakfast!

The ceiling was leaking onto the window sill so we couldn't open the curtain without water splashing out toward us. There were only maybe 10 tissues left in the tissue box. The tub looked like it could have been scrubbed a little better as well.

To be honest…the price was the biggest draw. Stayed 3 nights on a recent road trip and the Days Inn was under half the price of the other 2 places with the same level of comfort. Really liked having a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient too.

Did not like receiving emails asking to pre check in and then bugging me about checking out. If I had requested a check in/out that was not the normal timeframe, it would’ve been understandable but we checked in and out during the regular time. Speaking of checking in, the website has it at 4 but the front desk has it at 3. Two other issues that could have been better were -one the quality of the breakfast (only protein was yogurt) although that may explain the cost difference and there are several restaurants in the area including a Perkins. The other one was the arm chair where I slept had a very saggy seat. My friends said that the beds were very comfortable and that normally is all that matters. I just have untreated sleep apnea which makes lying down difficult.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet tables and chairs were clean.

The gym room looked a bit out-dated and should choose brighter lighting and high ceiling room. It will make a big difference to the overall feel

could not walk or bike into down because no sidewalks along busy Route 30; breakfast included very few healthy options, mostly high-sugar options (high-sugar yoghurt and cereal, waffles), no whole wheat bread or bagels--suggest including plain yoghurt and whole wheat bread or bagels

Good location, comfortable room.

Free breakfast was decent, but there is room for improvement; willing to pay a few dollars a day more for additional variety.

Clean comfortable bedroom. The pillows were comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Glad to have a refrigerator for insulin and water and sodas. Very convenient ice machine kept our yetis filled with ice cold water.

Waffle station ( one of four) was not operating properly. Overall there was a decent selection of food. Didn’t like the coffee, confusing to operate machine. There were coffee pots with fresh brewed coffee in the main reception area but we didn’t try them. Great options for kids, with cereals, toast, bagels and yogurt for those watching their weight or carbs.

It was somewhat misleading for the front staff to say we could get breakfast at the neighboring Perkins. On the other hand the provided breakfast at the hotel was nothing special, crowded and loud as people were liining up at the various stations. But, Perkins was great! Otherwise, the front staff was great, a small problems we had with the room's coffee maker was quickly dealt with by a friendly maintenance worker,.The two front staff people - the man from Hungary and the day shift lady worked long but cheerful hours.
