We choose Best Western over the Hampton Inn next door because Best Western has better TVs that allow us to use our Amazon fire stick. This allows us to watch our TV channels from home rather than being stuck with the standard limited channels offered on hotel TV's. We also think the breakfast is better. The rooms are pretty large and clean. The lobby is nice and the restaurants are good as well. Staff are very friendly.

I don't like that Best Western does not offer real milk for coffee. I can't stand those little Half and Half creamers so I have to buy my own milk and bring it with me to use it in my coffee. I can only drink decaf coffee and like to have a cup or two at night. During our last stay, the decaf dispenser was "out of order" one morning so we went to a diner for breakfast just so I could have a cup of coffee. My only other issues were the noisy air conditioner that made rattling noise and the not very comfortable beds. The beds may be comfortable for other people, but my husband and I both crawled out of bed with aching backs. We're used to our own firmer mattress. That's just a matter of personal preference.

All the staff were VERY helpful and understanding of my physical limitations. They offered help where needed and were very friendly..I would particularly like to thank the front desk managers and Dinkal and coworker at the breakfast service. Very accommodating and offered assistance as needed. I was particularly pleased by the friendliness of staff when it came to the pets. Very willing to help and patient with the animals. Great to see this in a hotel with the higher quality of service. Thank you all for helping to make a trying time more enjoyable than expected.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Previous stay the room was located on 3rd floor. Very nice and comfortable. This stay we were on first floor, pet side. We could hear the gentleman next door through the wall. I'm not sure why? Breakfast buffet is a nice offrring. I'm so happy to have a restaurant on site for dinner! BTW, I do not recommend Giovanni's Pizza. I'm not a picky person, but.... We called in an order to grab before checking in to the hotel. Walking into the place, it is cluttered and filthy. I'm not sure how they have 4 stars, subs were skimpy, and wings were overcooked. My understanding from the hotel is that the owner is a one man rodeo.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. I appreciated the hot breakfast that was included in my stay and that there was an onsite restaurant since it was raining when I arrived, and I really didn't want to drive again to find food.

The bathtub was really slippery when I showered. A mat was provided, but I wasn't confident that I could trust it was disinfected. I have a disability with my feet, so shower shoes are not an option. I think the hotel should look into an alternative to the mat.

That it was quiet and everyone was friendly. The room was very clean as well as very roomy. There were a lot of amenities that were offered that my wife and I could not use in 1 day (swimming pool and fitness). We enjoyed the breakfast offered the next morning.

The toilet in the bathroom in the room. It was the old style 13", as all toilets today are 19" tall. Also, we did not like the sliding glass doors for the closet.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. The mattresses were very, very comfortable. Pool very nice. Pleasant atmosphere. Pretty view.

More vegetarian/vegan options for breakfast and in the restaurants. Please change your breakfast plates, cups, bowls, cutlery, etc. from one-use disposables to real dishes that can be washed and re-used.

Beautiful Hotel in a beautiful location. Breakfast not great but was a bonus considering the low price of stay. Staff friendly and helpful. There was also a beautiful restraunt which we did not have the chance to try out unfortunately due to family gathering elsewhere.

Just the breakfast choice but again that reflects in price we paid.

The couple running this hotel are fabulous!

We were very disappointed that the pool and hot tub weren’t open. After a long day of car travel we choose hotels by having a hot tub for our sore muscles. We think booking.com should say if hot tub/ pool is not available that day or the hotel should offer a reduction in price

Good location not far from Neversink River Resort where outdoor russian music festival was happening. Clean, no noise, good breakfast. Microwave, fridge and cofee maker in the room.

There was issue with hot water in the shower: time to time the water became cold for a short period of time.

This hotel is conveniently located to restaurants with easy access off of I-84. Very clean and welcoming! Very nice lobby and rooms. Pet friendly is a huge plus! Beautiful patio with outdoor seating. Rooms were very clean. Comfy bed. Nice breakfast buffet. The food was good and served fresh and hot. Would definitely stop here again.

It would be nice to have a few complimentary bottles of water in our room frig. Tap water not so good.
