The hotel was very clean. From the lobby to the room and where complimentary breakfast was served all looked very clean. The location was perfect. Right next door to restaurants.

The smell of cow manure and horse poop on the roads when we got to our destination. But it’s expected if you’re in Amish country. The hotel decor is outdated but who cares it was clean and comfortable.

The staff were very friendly & accommodating. All amenities were great. We were there for a Sight & Sound show & shopping. The hotel was a bit further from those 2 than I would have liked especially driving at night.

Our phones would not charge on the lamp bases between the beds however they charged in all other areas.

Nice size room, clean, odor free. Staff was friendly. Nice breakfast each day.

Room decor a little out of date. Bed firmer than I like but in great shape, no indents. Location was great for where we wanted to be, in the middle of antique destinations!

The convenience of location to different places and the cleanliness of rooms. Our bed was comfortable.

It just needs some updating. The grounds outside was dirty and not maintained properly. That could be a turn off to travelers.

The location is perfect to shopping and places to eat. The staff are amazing! I wished I knew the name of the lady that checked me out on Thursday morning because I absolutely loved her! She was so friendly and when I checked in, she made sure I was on the first floor because of my mother. She even offered to help me with the next hotel I was staying in because of a booking mix up! Not many people go above and beyond like that!

Breakfast was Awesome!! So much to choose from for all diets. Room was great. Beds were Amazing. So comfortable!! Loved it.

Their telephone service. I called multiple times trying to get information and later to let them know we were running late due to traffic. No one ever answered the phone and just hanging up. Twice I was able to leave a message, however no one ever called me back.

Very conveniently located near the New Holland Stables. Parking OK to accommodate trucks/ trailers. Big shopping plaza across street can accommodate spill over parking needs. Good free breakfast. Older hotel but very clean and well maintained. Staff friendly.

Beds are very comfortable.

We had a problem with the plug by the bed. We were trying to set up the c-pap. We finally plugged it in somewhere else. The clerk told me in the morning that the light switch by the door was probably turned off.

The room was accommodating and spacious. It was clean. We enjoyed hot water every day and a comfortable bed.

We didn’t like the fact that there was no daily maintenance for the room

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!! They got my handicapped mother a lift for the toilet seat which was extremely low. The breakfast attendant even took the time to take my 6 year old over to the aquarium to show him the fish.

There was a lot of peeling paint, the air conditioning had a loud rattle and the carpet was stained.
