The Breakfast Was Good Plenty to eat....if they had bacon or scrambled eggs or grits it would of been great...and also breakfast over at 10am but they started putting up everything at like 9:00am sometimes a lil earlier than that never understood that part but all in all everything was good..

I had A Great Experience except sometimes the housekeeper didn't understand so it was slightly hard to get them to understand what you was trying to get them to clean...plus they just burst in my room every day no knocking or anything plus they really didn't have the bathroom cleaned when we checked in and when I told housekeeping they just quickly half clean the rooms and the bathroom but it's cool I just did it myself other than that everything was good 👍🏻

Staff was very friendly. They sent me some lovely texts confirming my stay, wondering when i would arrive and asking that i stay safe on my journey. The place and the room was very clean and tidy. Great location off the highway. The breakfast was decent. They had ice water available 24 hours

To me the bed linens smelled like a strong detergent, but then again i am very fragrance and chemical sensitive. I guess there is a trade off between absolute sanitization and use of chemicals to sanitize.

The staff was very helpful. My key card wouldnt work. The front desk woman had to rekey it twice and finally gave me a new set. She came up to make sure we were able to get in our room, which we were. The rooms were clean and had enough towels for our family. We were originally placed on the first floor. I asjed to have a top floor. I did not want people above me stomping. The changed my room with no problem.

I dont have any negatives besides the room key not working. It was an easy fix.

Great breakfast. Indoor pool. Kat at front desk was super nice. Ground floor. The walking distance restaurant.

The pool area was very hot. The hot tub looked brown and dirty. The 5:30 am motorcycle wake up was loud. I was just right outside our window and they let them run and the fumes filled our room. I like motorcycles but suggest that loud and running vehicles do not park right next to rooms.

Breakfast was great and had lots to choose from, Location was great and was in the area of all of our needs and different locations we had to be at. Room was clean and comfortable. The bed was just a little too soft for me but was doable.

On the 2nd floor where we were located the hallways were very warm and hot no air conditioning. They need to have more air conditioning. Other than that, everything was great.

Loved the breakfast, the staff was very accommodating. When we had problems with our TV, they were there to switch it out immediately. The broom was nice and clean.

The pool and hallways were way too hot. We understand they had problems with the air conditioner. Also, the manager addressed with me the pool temperature and said she would make sure it was adjusted correctly. I would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast had a good variety of items and was being replenished constantly. Plenty of room to sit and eat and was a quiet atmosphere. The Staff was wonderful and very welcoming, the property was very clean and parking space was great. The bathroom was well stocked with clean towels and sundries. Our room was on the first floor and near the front desk which was very convenient as we are senior citizens. They have a strict no smoking policy in non smoking rooms which we thought was excellent.

We cannot find anything to complain about. Met all our expectations and will stay here in the future if we are in the area.

Everyone and everything in this hotel was great! We spent the whole week and every day they clean the rooms, and if you were in the room they will stop during the day and asked if you need towels or anything for your room. The staff were awesome, and the hotel clean and comfortable.

The hot tub needs new paint. It’s looking rough. The pool was nice and warm!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Shout out to both Sherry and Tamara. Breakfast was much better than average for free hotel breakfast, the room was a nice size and everything worked.

The carpet at the threshold to the room was torn and worn, which gave a bad first impression on entering the room. But that is a very minor complaint

How close it was to a lot of things. We stayed here for a concert in Nashville & it was so convenient. The staff was nice. The rooms were good. We got to town earlier than check in & the lady working the front desk check to see if there was a room ready & there was. We will appreciated that.

The only issue I had was the toilet in our room wasn’t stationary & wobbled. Nothing that affected our stay.
