I had a very comfortable stay here with my 8-year-old. The beds and pillows were soft and cozy—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The pool is simple but clean and great for a quick dip. They also have a gym, which is a nice bonus. There's a dining facility on-site where you can purchase meals and plenty of shopping nearby for anything you might need. The location is convenient and feels very safe, which is important to me as a single mom. Overall, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Would definitely stay again!

One of the front desk staff members had a bit of an inconsistent attitude. Sometimes she was nice and friendly, other times she came across as short—especially when she seemed stressed. I think she was trying to be funny, but at times, it didn’t quite land and felt a little off. In the end, I reminded myself she’s just doing her job and probably having long days too. It didn’t ruin my stay, but it was noticeable.

The property is very nice and close to many amenities! Great value for the price. Mareal is an amazing host/server/kitchen manager and the hospitality was great!

The front desk clerks need to do a better job explaining how the complementary breakfast works. It is very confusing to see that you receive a complementary breakfast with your stay when in fact the hot breakfast actually cost $13.95pp + tax. There is free breakfast for Avid guests, but it is more convenient foods such as cereal/fruit/hot sandwiches/etc and not a hot sit down meal. The sign for the cost of breakfast was outside the Avid side of the property when the breakfast is actually for the Holiday Inn guest IF they receive the complementary meal ticket. Please instruct the front desk to clearly state how breakfast is offered. Otherwise, the stay was great!

The location of the breakfast was just perfect, lighting was excellent, nice & clean, nicely set up. The staff was friendly and helpful. The selection of items for breakfast was also well done. All types of choices for different needs.

More parking places in the front of the facility. I parked in the back of the hotel and had concerns about the safety of my vehicle. I did ask the front desk clerk and she stated that there were cameras there. That made me feel a little better. I just checked on Booking.com and the charge for the room is there but I see that there is a charge for $75 for pet fee which hasn't been removed, as the front clerk assured me upon checkout. I am watching for that to be returned on my card.

The property was not far from home but far enough for me to have a staycation and relax for my birthday. This wasn't the first hotel I picked. I shouldn't selected this hotel the first time. I actually was at another hotel which was a bad experience, checked out the same night I checked in, and ended up here - The best decision.

The breakfast option couldn't been better. The hot Jimmy Dean Sandwiches were nice but a waffle maker or other hot foot options would've been nice as well.

I liked that there was real coffee creamer to choose from. As an avid coffee drinker to have real creamer and premium coffee machine was a plus for me. The modernness of the hotel was a plus. The fact that Dove products are being offered was also a plus.

My experience was great so this is just being nit picking but I would have to seen a hot breakfast that complimentary instead of just biscuits. But the cereal selection and the rest was good.

This is a very well maintained and welcoming hotel. The young man that checked us in was very professional and friendly. We were able to check in a bit earlier than expected which really helped us out during our visit to the area.

We have no complaints at all.

the hotel was really well kept. the room was just as clean. the associates that checked us in were awesome! very polite and just enough chit chat. the in house restaurant has pretty good food and their breakfast is even better.

the continental breakfast is kind of unusual. not quite what I expected. they have all the usual quick and cold food, but their hot food consisted of microwaveable biscuits. the in house Resturant is a much better option and it’s buffet style.

I liked that the hotel and staff were very nice and smiling. They greeted everyone.

The breakfast was the only thing I had to complain about. While there was a variety of choices non of the choices were things I ate besides the fruit. A waffle station would be greatly appreciated

Very clean and modern. The bed was so comfortable. We travel often, and I am very picky. This honestly was one of the best hotels I've stayed in for quite some time. The price was amazing for the quality!!

The service at the restaurant located in the hotel was terrible. The front desk staff saw us waiting and actually came over and took our order.

I traveled with my dog and it was exceptionally easy to park my car with trailer attached and get into the hotel and to my room. Staff was very nice and helpful and the snacks and restaurant attached to the hotel allowed me to stay in my room and rest while also getting a great meal. Highly recommend if traveling with animals or attached trailers.
