Amazing place. Clean can cook everything we needed at a place we could feel like we didn't just lose everything and I get shot defending our home while putting everything in storage due to land lord selling the home and us finding out we had 10 days to move. Super accommodating wish we could still be there but price is high. Almost 800 a week for my wife her mom and I and our 2 doggos. Reasons why our youngest 2 boys are staying with our oldest son right now at his small apartment

Price. Couldn't afford to stay but 2 weeks as we have spent over 8k during this nightmare. As of morning when we leave here at the motel 6 I can't get sleep at cause all the noise..., we will be homeless have go fund me mass by pam shanks a dear friend but no donations and just tapped. What makes it worse is I'm on a knee scooter from the gunshot but was placed where I can come to work which we needed so badly but because I had to pawn my duty arm I used at work as armed security and fugitive recovery im out back on leave until I get it back or another. If I can I'd stay again even though it took the money we had put up and then some and cost me my income and deposit.

When we arrived, the young man that checked us in was kind and efficient. Our room was SO clean we wondered if we were the first to stay there! And the towels were soft and had excellent drying power. (Good towels are not always a given at motel/hotels.) We also liked the security of getting into and out of the building.

It was difficult to find where to turn to get to the building. There wasn't a street sign and was hard to know if you were turning into a business or onto a street.

Staff was super friendly, rooms were clean.

Location isn’t great but it’s tucked away enough from the bad areas. Only 2 pillows, bed was super hard and uncomfortable. Not really a way to get extra amenities after the office closes. No pool onsite.

Well designed and well maintained. second time in choosing to stay at a Wood spring property and both times have been great! Good tv with quality channels and content, high speed wifi, Range and dishwasher were a added bonus.

I'm nitpicking, but the Air con was quite clunky and weirdly operational. There was no way to keep the fan on all the time.

The front desk staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming. The facility was very clean and in an excellent location! Plenty of great restaurants and easy access to the Interstate. O ky a few minut3s to the airport! definitely recommend

The rooms were clean and provided great security. The lady at the front desk was very sweet.

There was no breakfast. Complained about the incessant noise that came from the room above ours for a month with nothing done about it at all. Was overcharged for 5 weeks and spoke to front desk about it and nothing was done.

I love everything about it......

......Except, the thin walls and ceilings. And also the fact that people smoke so close to the bldg entrance doors 🤨

It was clean. They changed our room for us without penalty.Abigail was so nice. They even had a pumpkin carving contest for the employees that we got to vote on.

The road noise was terrible. The beds were not the most comfortable.

Everything was great except for a few things

So clean! Check in and check out process is extremely quick and efficient. Staff were lovely and very helpful!

No coffee maker in the room…. That is my only complaint and it’s not even a big deal. I would just bring my own next time. The cleanliness and service is worth it
