The closeness to Waffle House and Interstateeccess.

A couple of thing needed maintenance in room. Some receptacles wore out and our phone chargers would fall out. Bathroom door knob needed tightening. ( I took care or this last year. ) This year bathroom door too tight in door jam.

I got a room for 2 nights and Honestly the staff was very helpful and very friendly. The room smelled so clean and fresh. I did have a dog I brought with me and they did charge a deposit of $50 but said I would get it back but there were no issues.

Everything was good the room was clean and nice and comfortable

The only thing we didn’t like was the shower took a little longer to warm up then usual a couple days but other than that everything else was perfect

Clean and well kept. The staff went above and beyond what I expected. The location perfect and the nearby restaurants, stores and gas stations made my stay pleasant. I will recommend this to my friends

I didn't like the view I had. The bathroom needs a little update. The bed was a little hard for my taste but it was comfortable. There needs to be a massage shower head. I think providing an Iron and Ironing board would be nice

Very clean large rooms and close to restaurants. We had 3 families converge from California & Ireland reserved 3 rooms and appreciated the elevator with all the luggage.

Bathroom was so small the door barely opened.

It was very clean and I like the tiny couch. And also, it was very comfortable when we can put our car next to our room.

Everything was good. I don’t think there was anything that wasn’t good.

The staff was friendly. The hotel was easy to get to from the highway. There was food within walking distance of the place.

The room was picked up but dirty. I could write a message in the mirror. The floor lefted the bottoms of your feet filthy and even felt dirty. The mattress has mold spots in the top corner edges of the bed.

The staff here was very friendly, easily able to pull up the reservations we made and have us checked in within minutes. The housekeeping here was also spot on, they checked in around 7am and then again around checkout time (11am-11:30am). The room itself was neat and clean (the motel had recently gone under rennovations and it showed) The motel is also in a decent, not-too-busy area with a Waffle House directly beside it in case you get hungry in the middle of the night, I suppose.

About half of the outlets in my room (122?) didn't work and one of the beside lights didn't work either. It also would have been nice if the room had a layer of sheer curtains so we could've had the black out curtains open for some light without feeling exposed to everyone walking by.

Location, the hotel is close to everything.

I was told if I had any guest come by my room I would lose my deposit. I believe if I'm paying $100 to stay in a room & $50 deposit on top of that if there's no disturbance & nothing is broken like the TV or anything damaged, I should be able to have as many guest come by as I want. I don't mean 15 people but 1 or 2 through out my stay & not even over night. Definitely should tell them bout extra guest overnight for safety reasons fire hazard etc. Most of the American owned hotels never say anything about anything. But Indian owned, I won't even go there. Y'all already know.

The hotel was clean and right off the highway. It was very convenient.

They were remodeling the 3rd floor and had lots of banging going on. When we called the desk, the staff said where is coming from? My husband said he wasn't sure. She said" well, I am not going outside to find out. You will have to call the police. They will have to handle it. My husband said are you all remodeling? She said yes but not at night." We went out in corrider to see if we figure out where it was coming from and heard one of the construction guys cursing about not being able to work at night. So yeah, not a great experience with the hospitality. Oh and when I went to check in, they tried to give ne a smoking room even though I booked a non-smoking room.
