The breakfast was great. Best free breakfast I've had in a long time. The woman taking care of breakfast kept bringing food out. She cleaned all the time. The rooms were very clean. House keeping kept up with everything. They had coffee and lemon water all the time. Staff was pleasant. I'd stay again.

Really nothing. All was good stay. Only thing I felt indoor pool was chilly.

Nice quiet location

The dining room chairs need replacing and the baby high chairs were nasty. Asked the lady to clean one. Carpet had lots of worn edges, no iron but they had ironing board. Closet doors were broken would not shut. Could not get a baby bed for 1 year old. They could at least have a pack n play.

The size of the room was awesome, big and roomy Comfy bed and big Super clean Breakfast was lovely both days Staff were super friendly and helpful Parking is great

There were patches that could be repainted but it was so clean, and not many so only thing i could think off.

The room was very Nice I am handicapped right now so we got a King Handicap Suite...It had alot of room bed was firm but ok...Shower & Bathroom is set up really good for someone with back problems...If I am ever in town again I would definately stay again...Highly recommend...

The only thing I didn't like was the couch was not that comfortable it was a little out dated...Other than that everything was excellent!!!

The rooms are clean and spacious. The heated pool was fantastic! Not morning eater so didn't do breakfast. Did grab a honey bun tho for later. The staff was very nice and professional.

The bed was a little hard for me. I'm a big girl. But the sofa bed was soft.

Breakfast was very good. Coffee excellent. Bed was comfortable and having a living room area was convenient for family who visited. It was clean and staff were helpful. We picked the hotel because it had a pool for our granddaughter to swim in.

The pool was okay. Paint seemed old but it was clean and okay. Water temp was great! Really nothing bad.

Location great. Staff great. Hiren was very helpful.

The elevator was out of service for half a day during my 3 day stay. It was very difficult because I was on the 4th floor. But it did get fixed on the same day .

The property is in a great location. Quick drive to downtown or the mall, but not right in the middle of everything which is what I wanted. I never did catch her name, but the front desk lady there in the evenings was awesome! When we first arrived she was having issues with phones, computers, etc but she still was really friendly! My kids loved the pool and didn’t want to leave it!

The only complaints I have is the beds were hard. I usually don’t comment about a bed at a hotel because I have back problems and am very picky about my beds, but even my 13 year old complained with how hard the bed was and this kid can sleep on anything! Also, in the shower there were like rust stains or something I believe from where water continuously dripped. Lastly, I wish there were more seating for breakfast. There was like one large family at breakfast that took all the chairs, not all of the tables, but all of the chairs. None of these are deal breakers. we still had a great time

The staff was very friendly and helpful with getting us into a room that everything worked.

The room we were assigned had some plumbing issues (shower-no hot water, mixer wouldnt turn to hot, sink sprayed water everywhere). Then after we reported this, the toilet was leaking. But all was rectified as we were given another room with no issues.

It was pretty good

The curtains in our room were DESIGNED to not close. Not only were we uncomfortable with the open view from outside, there were bright lights outside shining in our window making it impossible to make our room dark for sleeping. Room 221 to be exact. That issue MUST be addressed!,
