It was a great location, clean and well cared for.

There is a policy problem with breakfast. Communications between check in and the Bistro is non-existent. They require customers to PROVE they paid for breakfast. Many people over pay or pay twice. IF they just gave coupons showing the amount paid for breakfast to be given would help most people.

The property was centrally located next to numerous shopping options. It as easy access from I-40. The rooms were very comfortable and appealing. Breakfast options were good. The checkin staff was excellent and very engaging.

The room was spacious and had a small living room.

The living room area had very uncomfortable furniture. The rooms are only cleaned every 3 days. They will clean them if you request a cleaning but they don't make the bed when you do that. They do not give you fresh towels either without you requesting them. Some of the towels were very old. They gave us two wash clothes for 2 people and one of them was all frayed around the edges. Not just a little bit, quite a bit.

The staff was super friendly. My room was easy to find. Parking was free. And I cannot say enough about the cleanliness!

It was slightly noisier than I would have liked. The HVAC unit was loud when it kicked on and you could hear outside noises.

The woman at the front desk was a literal angel! So accommodating, she went above and beyond. I was so impressed

The only thing I was kind of disappointed with was no hot tub. It would have been nice while my older kids were in the tub. Another couple came down and said “ah I wish there was a hot tub”

Large comfortable room, quiet

For this price some sort of breakfast should be included. Nothing. Had to buy breakfast at the Starbucks bar, it was good and the service was fine but I will stay somewhere with included breakfast next trip

Everything felt new and was nicely laid out with plugs and usb ports everywhere. The bed was also very comfortable.

The tv system is very slow if you’re wanting to watch Netflix. We had to restart the tv and Netflix a couple times for it to finally load the Home Screen. The high speed premium internet should also feed to tv’s.

Nice hotel, clean. Nice big shower, comfortable beds. Pillows werent great, but sufficient. Good location, not right off the street, kinda back in a cove. A little strip mall beside it with places to eat. Burger Republic was very good! Easy check in through email, just had to go in to pick up keys. They do charge an extra $20 per night for security deposit which isn't shown on booking.com, so be prepared for that.

No trash bags in any of the cans. Could use some hand soap in the bathroom. TV stations limited, only has about 30 channels but you can log into youtube and Netflix on the TV. No breakfast offered, just coffee. These werent deal breakers, i would stay again next year for the nascar race

We stayed here overnight on our way to North Carolina. The hotel was conveniently located near I-40. The bathroom in our room had a great layout with a big walk-in shower. The room was comfy and quiet.

I loved the comfy bed, the simple decor, the great oversized lounge chair, the lighting, the desk layout and desk chair, the easy access to everything (in room as well as the motel and parking), and the shower. I felt safe there.

The only thing I can think of is the tiny refrigerator. I didn't have room to put anything in there! Oh yeah, the coffee maker wasn't clean. It would be helpful to have one larger baggage carry-in for us girls who bring a lot of stuff. 😬 I had to make two trips!
