A major computer problem preventing us from having a room key for our complete stay and we had to rely on staff for room entry a bit of inconvenience but not as bad as people who had airline flights canceled due to the problem

The front desk/check in was very nice. The lady greeted us with a smile and was very helpful to us with finding a place to eat. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was not ready to go when we got there around 7:30. It was supposed to be open at 6:00.

The hotel feels new and clean with many nice facilities. The room was big in a high floor and very quiet. Location - about 25 minutes from downtown Nashville (Broadway St.) which we loved. The entire city was full with little rooms available and this hotel came at a decent price, and it was a very convenient find.

The staff were nice and approachable. The rooms were nice. There were a lot of games and activities available for the family when resting at hotel. The bar and bartender was excellent. There was plenty of seating to lounge and conversate in lobby.

It was clean. It smelled nice as soon as you walked through the door.

I was there for the weekend, and the maid didn’t come in to give us fresh towels and empty the trash. I had to ask the maid in the hall for towels.

Staff was great. Very nice snack bar. And family, fun games. With a Starbucks! And they had a church for Easter Sunday. We stayed 10 days !

I need to stand outside of the room along family waiting to troubleshoot dead battery issues with door unlock. It would be good if these kind of issues can be handled ahead!.

Very clean and everyone was very nice

The only thing I was really disappointed with was the elevators one is broke and it was a major inconvenience for all the people that were staying there. You had to wait too long to get up and down the elevator

I ate Dinner Fri and Sat at the Restaurant. The waitress was excellent. Also went to the Bar Sat night and Alexis was terrific. Very attentive and personable to all the customers. Rebecca at the front desk was extremely helpful. Had a very nice conversation with her.

Continental breakfast could have had a wider selection. Coffee didnt taste good to me either.

Bed and a nice bathroom. Plenty of lighting.

More breakfast options. Thought the restaurant breakfast was a little high in price! We didn’t eat it, because the website said $25 per person per night. That is too high for breakfast.
