Clean, comfortable beds and pillows, great location, easy check-in. Great recommendations for a dinner spot for us to go. Plenty of shampoo, soap, and conditioner for us to use. A small refrigerator and microwave in the room was convenient. Plenty of different light choices for the room. Shades to block out the bright sun in the AM. Great sized television. Plenty of parking.

Not enough hot breakfast choices, the area to make pancakes was broken, indoor pool was closed down, and our toilet in our room had a hard time flushing and refilling the tank. Not easy to get logged in to the hotels wifi.

The breakfast was superb. I believe Renee was the cook who prepared all the breakfast. She portrayed exceptional professionalism in her interaction of the customers.

The only downside to the entire state was no hot water in the shower. This was reported to the clerk at the front desk. It almost seemed like the shower handle would not go over far enough to get the water hot. There was plenty of hot water in the sink in the bathroom. we stayed in room 101. This would be our choice of room if we came back, but only if the water handle was fixed where there could be hot water for the shower.

Very clean property and a great location. The front desk staff was super accommodating and allowed us to check in early when we got into town sooner than expected.

The water in the shower went cold about a minute into the shower. The breakfast was subpar and there is an elderly woman that works the breakfast area that was very rude. She snapped at my daughter for dropping the tongs and setting her plate on the counter. Just before this, she got angry at another guest for leaving the lids of the eggs and sausage raised up, stormed over and slammed them closed. She almost ruined the entire experience.

I thought the room was perfect for an overnight stay. I appreciated the bench that was just right to place my suitcase and other bags on. I also appreciated the full bottles of Dove bathing products in the shower. My room was very clean.

My only complaint is that it seems the thermostat on the wall allows you turn the temperature down, but I believe there is a low cooling limit set behind the scenes by the facility that keeps the room from cooling as much as I'd like. I like to sleep cold, and was disappointed that the room wouldn't actually cool to my requested temperature.

We loved our stay! The staff was always available, friendly, and fast with service. They had the best continental breakfast we have had at any hotel. The heated indoor pool was in great condition and we had a lot of fun swimming, they even stock towels in the pool room to use. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The beds and pillows were some of the comfiest I’ve had at a hotel. A/C worked great, curtains totally blocked out the light, great TV with good channels, free wi-fi with stay, had a mini fridge and microwave in the king bed suite we stayed in which is always a plus for when you have leftovers from eating out or want to pack food from home to bring with you on the trip. They have a little snack store in the lobby as well. All very quiet, no issues at all! Also had several staff members courteously ask about our experience or help in some way. The showers are nice and they even have nicer dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner. We forgot our toothpaste at home and they gladly provided us a complimentary replacement! Also in a great area, there’s literally a Starbucks right next door and lots of shopping areas closeby and close to downtown Nashville without being right in the middle, so we found the room to be a good price!

The location was convenient to the airport and shopping centers. The price was reasonable and the included breakfast buffet was good value. Check in and check out were easy, and all of the staff were very pleasant.

The automatic pancake machine was down the day of our visit, which was disappointing for my daughters.

Parts of the breakfast were very good but others could have been better. The fruit was not great, it was as if it had been warmed and was going bad. It could have been fresher. The staff member was not friendly at all.

We had four adults in a room with 2 queen beds and had to go down and get more towels and washcloths to have enough for everyone to shower. There should be enough in the room for the number of possible occupants to begin with.

Renee was on it!! She made sure that all options are cared for by her. Best breakfast of any Holiday Inn Express due to Renee. Rodney at the front desk was welcoming and worked hard to get us in a first floor king which was immaculate. Rodney has great personality, great eye contact, and thinks outside of the box.

We enjoyed every aspect of this visit: Room size, cleanliness, great breakfast offerings, comfortable seating, great housekeeping with prompt responses to our needs. Very nice price points for staying here.

2 people made our stay pleasant and a wonderful experience. Rodney at the front desk was a joy to interact with each and everyday during our 8 day stay. We had to extend our stay by 2 days and he worked to get us rooms so we would not have to leave and book into another hotel. The other person was Renee. Renee had the task of serving breakfast and she was extremely good at providing a good tasting, plentiful breakfast and not running out before everyone who wanted food had the same choices no matter what time they arrived. These 2 fine people went overboard to make everyone feel at home.

Cleaning Staff a bit pushy on check out day. On check out day the crew was waiting at the door to get in to clean way before checkout time and we felt rushed to get things packed and out of the room.

The breakfast was excellent, with much love going into set-up and keeping it running, the dedicated staff person deserves the tips. Rooms are very nice and quiet. It is an easy walk to a major grocery store, staff were flexible about

Google maps has you turning across 2+ lanes to get in, but there's a back way if you turn at the light. Parking a trailer, even a small one (we only take up three spaces, total), would be dicey if they were full.
