Breakfast was good both days we stayed. My kids loved the bacon and eggs. The beds were soft

We loved the pool only downfall was they were doing swimming lessons for children when we were there both nights it kind of threw off the fun a bit because I was worried about disturbing the swimming lessons. Pool is not very big. Maybe let the guest know what times the swimming lessons are. It’s a wonderful thing to offer to your community so hopefully it doesn’t stop just need a better way of displaying it. The parents had to knock on the windows because they have no access to the area. Wasn’t organized I knows it’s a 3rd party company but if hotel is hosting it they need to be aware of all of it

So clean, we were away most of each day, but it was very quiet at night. Staff was friendly, and we found the laundry very convenient as our stay was a week long. The room was very comfortable, and spacious (we had several guitars with us, and we weren't tripping over anything).

Location was great for dining, or shopping. Although it was a longer drive and a lot of traffic for us each day into Wedgewood Houston area, it was worth it for the peace and quiet and feeling of safety.

I have stayed there before and was impressed. This visit was no different. The room was large and well-appointed and everything worked well. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Parking was easy. I only have two very minor criticisms.

The breakfast was very good, but not exceptional. They were out of the scrambled eggs when I came by. My only other minor criticism was that I don't like the kind of coffee maker in the room. It uses the little pre-packaged pods of coffee in a horizontal tray. I much prefer Keurig-style. However, this was a truly minor issue, since they had coffee readily available in the breakfast area.

We are currently doing a road trip across America and this is the best roadside hotel/motel we have stayed at. Highlights: Big, comfy bed Brilliant breakfast with cereal, bagels, waffle maker, tea and coffee, biscuits, eggs. Big room with good choice of TV channels Close to the highway Lots of nearby restaurants Powerful, hot, shower with little touches like makeup wipes and nice shower gels There was a gym and pool that we didn’t use but saw a few people in there.

Receptionist was quite surly… but checked us in fine.

When you walk in it smelled so clean, breakfast was good, the pool was great, and the best part is there is no carpet! The room felt so clean and spacious. Staff was SO nice!

Not sure if this is all rooms, but our room (316), had no curtains only the pull down shade and it let so much light in that it felt like 8 am at 11 pm. But we dealt with it! The bed in that room also has a downward slant so we ended up sleeping at the foot of the bed and that helped.

Breakfast was great and staff was excellent at there job and someone was always at the front to answer any questions . Parking was good.

So it was my last night at the hotel went downstairs to unfortunately complain about the a/c not working well. I work with it for the first night but not the second. Then she offered to switch rooms,I told her no then she gave me a desktop fan. Wish also that there was more than one way to get to the hotel.

Had a very nice 2 night stay for a cheer comp at the Gaylord. 20 minutes to the comp and 20 minutes to downtown Nashville. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Wonderful breakfast and my daughter loved the fresh baked cookies late afternoon. Staff was very friendly also. Location was excellent. Many restaurants to choose from and right off the interstate. If I go back to Nashville I will definitely stay again.

The location was great and easy to find. It is near a busy highway and road but it was quiet and didn’t affect our stay. The hotel was clean and most of the staff friendly. The king suite we stayed in was very big! It had way more room than we needed but it was nice.

The bed was more firm than we like but we managed to sleep a bit the second night. Everything else was good.

The room was clean and modern, the breakfast was very good.

The woman that checked us in had zero personality. She was not at the desk when we arrived and then when she did show up she acted like we were bothering her. She mumbled and I had to ask her several times what she said. I finally have up and just did what I thought she said. Very confusing.

There were some nice amenities at this hotel... separate reading lights, choice of both soft and firmer bed pillows, warm cookies at the front desk in the afternoon, guitar-theme artwork in our room (rather than the usual scary modern splatter "art"), a great non-fog portion in the bathroom mirror, and... a superior Amana A/C unit that allowed you to run just the fan for white noise and air circulation. We requested and received a top floor location which was also great. One of the front desk staff members lives in the area and she was helpful in sharing info about local eateries and entertainment.

The coffee in the breakfast area, sadly, was terrible -- it is from a push-button machine that surely must contain a bag full of coffee-flavored syrup injected into hot water. My husband had to venture out of the hotel every morning in search of passable coffee which, in this area meant some from a gas station or McDonald's. This could so easily be remedied with a Keurig machine in the breakfast room. A minor point, but the bathroom didn't have a separate switch for the fan. I like to leave the light on as a nightlight and swing the door around.
