Very comfortable bed. I have a bad back and wish I knew what brand, make and model of that bed because I want to buy one! Chustin, I believe that is his name, is such a GREAT ASSET for your customers. The ice machine was broken on the first floor and instead of making a disabled person keep going to get ice, he had brought a bag to work with him and he just gave it to me!! I forgot to even pay him for it! Very accommodating!

Ice machine on main floor was broken. Chustin (I believe that was his name, WONDERFUL YOUNG MAN, happened to have a bag of ice that he had purchased elsewhere and he just gave me the whole bag!! He knew I was disabled and had already walked the long hallway.

Very comfortable bed and pillows, rooms are exceptionally clean and smell good. Literally the best free hotel breakfast I’ve ever had too. Staff was really super nice and helped us with anything we needed. Parking was great and perfect location from Nashville if you’re not wanting to pay Nashville pricing for a hotel.

They are oddly strict on how many towels we could have, lol. 2 towels for 2 people isn’t enough. But really if that’s the only complaint I had, I’m happy!

Everything was perfectly clean, the beds were soft, the pillows were soft (almost too soft) the staff was very friendly, the whole place smelled clean, we didn't have time to swim but Knowing there was an indoor pool is a plus. Breakfast was decent, decent coffee (not the best of either but not terrible either)

The bathroom only had bar soap and 1 small shampoo. No conditioner or body wash and no racks in shower to hang wash cloth on. That stuff is so minor but I like to be completely transparent for others reading the review to know exactly what to expect

I was actually a little worried when I pulled up because a lot is going on and being built around the hotel, and it’s right beside the interstate, but I was very pleasantly surprised, especially because of the price! And the staff was REALLY great!!!!

Nothing bad at all, actually. I look forward to staying there again, as I come there a few times a year to hike and normally stay in Mount Juliet, but this is my new go-go!

breakfast was warmed up, pre-made product. it was ok. you could make waffles. easy parking. a few close restaurants and convenience stores. grocery store close and amazing.

two people. two towels. no towel racks to hang up for reuse. most hotels encourage you to hang them up and reuse to conserve resources. had to use shower curtain bar. just got a few more towels from front desk.

The bed was like a cloud. I seriously got in and couldn’t stand to get out! Soft sheets were super clean. Bonus was large flat screen TV that had a great choice of channels

I was a bit disappointed in the size of the room. The bathroom intrudes way to far in the bed space makes mg moving around each other a bit of a tight fit.

The breakfast was standard, but the food was good and fresh The room was very clean, no bugs, dirt, hair, mold or stains. The room smelled good, as did the lobby and elevator. We stayed one night, checked in late and left early the next day, so I can't comment on the pool or exercise room. This hotel is located in just the right area for us to stop on our way , and we'll stay there everytime we make this trip. EXCELLENT value for the money!

Temp control in our room was not great. The bed was too close to the a/c unit, which caused the bed to absorb a lot of the warm air . But not a big problem --something we run into at a lot of places. The unit worked well.

Toilet problem Breakfast had bacon but no gravy and hard biscuts, also no oatmeal, fried eggs were soso, wouldn't take much for this to be great. Hard to navigate the TV

The staff was incredibly friendly and patient. The bed was so comfortable. The amenities were above expectations. The gym was clean with great machines and equipment. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh

The shower could have had more pressure. Really everything else was great.

Facility was great

That you don't do daily housekeeping and bring fresh towels daily empty trash make bed. I guess it is lack of staff but it costs a lot and if I am doing all the clean up and watching my trash can over flow and no coffee packets not the best.
