I liked that the rooms had very good soundproofing. I did not hear other guests so that is a big plus for me. We also liked the pool table and the bar that also included Starbucks…..all very nice. The gym was very clean and had a very nice variety of equipment. The breakfast area had a very nice variety of food items and we really like the way that you could only access it with your room key and they had different times that different rooms could access the breakfast area which kept it from being overly crowded at any given time.

Everything was wonderful. TRU is my go-to chain. The only thing that I'd like to see the chain do (no reflection on this particular property) is put a Keurig in their rooms. They're not expensive and take up little space.

I did not see coffee in the lobby like most TRU hotels offer. I thought that the locked breakfast area was a bit silly. Just a minor annoyance to have to dig my room key out of my pocket to get a salt packet. Is someone going to steal a bowl of Fruit Loops?

The breakfast was amazing!! Myself and the friends i came with raved about it. You do have to keep your key card to get in, so dont check out before eating! Location was close to everything. The pool table was fun and have Topgolf simulator that the guys enjoyed.

When we first checked in, the room was really hot. Turned the air on and down and felt like forever before the room felt cool. We went to dinner and came back and it was nice at that point for bed. Otherwise the room was nice and clean. The beds were comfy and shower was nice.

Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was sub par for a Tru. We had to ask for a resupply of milk and batter for the pancake machine. Bread options were quite limited. People had to go ask the staff to refill yogurt, etc. The staff responded quickly when asked (and pleasantly), but normally, Tru teams are very proactive.

The location was in a good spot, the Facility was lovely, the complimentary breakfast had everything, the gym was fun and had good equipment, and the bedroom was comfy and really helped me feel like I was on vacation.

Couldn't complain much about anything other than the margaritas were a bit pricey, but the taste was worth the indulge

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel, because it's well maintained, nice room and has a lot of extras.

I received a text saying the room would be $175.00 but got charged over $200.00. I would like for someone to look into this, because this will determine whether we stay here again or not.

They had a solid breakfast, checked in a little early which usually causes issues, but they were cool with it. Rooms were clean and the hygiene products provided in the room were absolutely top notch. Located within spitting distance of shopping centers and food. Ample parking.

I don’t like your signs that go on door, dog inside, clean later. EVERY TIME I open or close, they fall off. My last day there, I went to say good by to family, they fell off, I come back, they are cleaning. While I had taken my suitcases down, I had not checked out yet.

The staff was excellent, Racheal at the front dest was very polite and quick to get us checked in. The rooms were super clean and tight. The pool was nice and the foyer was huge.

The only thing that was so so was the breakfast.. mostly bread and sugar.. I did have the eggs but I do not like them cooked that way, so it might have just been my pickyness. It was a good stay overall

Only thing I think was a little excessive was the pet cost for one night. My room rate was good at $119 but $75 more for a 6 pound dog??? That was almost another room!! There is no carpet.....which is great but, a little excessive for responsible pet owners. Beautiful hotel! ;-)
