We were impressed all the way around. The lobby was warm and inviting, with multiple sitting areas. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The bed and pillows gave a solid night's sleep! Roomy shower. The kitchenette was stocked for light meal prep. Breakfast was delicious. Good variety to choose from, and different each day. Our room, and all other areas were very clean and fresh. Outside did not disappoint either. Large, clean pool, a covered multiple grill area, and gas fireplace relaxing sitting area as well. Landscaping was lovely. Close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. We walked to Target. Right off I-40.

The only negative would be there was no ice machine, other than from a fountain soda machine in the breakfast area.

Perfectly located in Mount Juliet and close to shops, eateries and Infrastructure (such as I-40). The gym although small, was adequate, kept clean and had a number of equipment that catered to many tastes. Didn't use the pool but it looked awesome and I saw many families enjoy it during my 2 week stay there. Breakfast was limited in terms of choice but good nonetheless. The onsite laundry facilities were a bonus and came in very handy during my stay. A pleasant stay for my work trip and I would stay here again; the staff are super friendly and helpful and the room was well maintained.

Some of the furniture in the room wasn't that comfortable to use; particularly the couch/sofa. I ended up using the desk chair for eating meals and watching TV which wasn't ideal.

The rooms were big, which included a full kitchen, living room couch, a desk and TV. Bed was comfortable and the a/c worked great.

The bathroom door was ADA compliant. However, you had to either stand in the shower or squeeze between the toilet and shower to close the door. Also, the front of the building was under construction, 0which was a little off-putting. The parking area was a little small for the about of rooms.

The evening shift (man and woman), the room cleanliness, and The Breakfast Buffet-choices. I wish you had also had sausage. 90 out of 100. Our family lives in Cheatham County near exit 31-35 Joelton going towards Clarksville Tn. So we drove a long way for the hotel price and buffet. Thanks for not disappointing but could you open one closer? I need a nice affordable hotel with a great buffet to stay in when I visit

The young lady at the counter when I arrived at 1pm, she didn't follow thru on calling me. Not having enough garbage cans (the one in the rooms was a joke, and not big enough in the buffet area). Now the buffet not offering 2 meats for breakfast was a letdown(even if it meant having to order it and only being able to get one order person. 4 or 5 links, 3 or 4 patties, is better than not offering at all). Other than that... I was pleased, so was my mother.

The location was awesome and I love the Mt Juliet area. The breakfast was delicious, it included bacon and the fresh fruit and yogurt was everything. I enjoyed my stay and I will definitely be back to stay with you all again.

Our room was right over the desk where the receptionist sat and she stated someone was stomping or walking hard. No one was stomping but the kids have heavy feet and they had to walk

The room was wonderful! Spacious, clean, quiet! We were all able to be on the same floor, as requested. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. Several machines available for washing and drying clothes - the cleanest I've ever seen in a hotel. Even the couch was comfortable - again, unusual for hotels. Convenient to highway, yet you didn't hear the highway noise.

Breakfast was wonderful every day, patio was pleasant and a great place to relax (despite the continual smoking by guests), beds were very comfortable, water pressure great, loved having the kitchen and full fridge, great pillows and all around service from the kind staff at the front desk. Our family of 6 was very comfortable and had a great stay while being displaced from our home.

The bathrooms and stairwells could have been cleaner, and it was challenging to get cleaning service. We were there 12 days and they only made the beds a few times and we never got an actual full cleaning after the 7 as advertised.

The location, room size, and the pool. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was eh. The pool was shut down for about half of our stay- this really was an inconvenience. There were tons of families staying here and little to no supervision of the people at the pool- garbage was floating the pool several days. Gross.

We loved everything about our stay! Our room was so spacious and comfortable. Everything was extremely clean. We even enjoyed the outside area and lobby to play board games. The breakfast was probably one of the best complementary hotel breakfasts I've ever had. We will absolutely stay here again if we are in the Nashville area.

The breakfast buffet was really good. Some days the items ran out and didn’t get filled until you asked them to be.

The elevator broke down and it was difficult cause we had family on the 3rd and 4th floors and it was tough climbing the stairs. My husband is disabled and he couldn’t take the steps other than to get to our room on the 2nd floor. I believe that there should be another elevator as backup.
