Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and perfect for meeting our needs. We needed handicap accessible and the room met our needs. They were utilizing dove products in the bathroom which which was nice.

Just one minor thing I noticed. The button to switch the shower to the hand held device was on the top of the shower head so you would need to be able to stand to reach it to switch it over. So if I were traveling alone it would have been difficult to reach. However, having someone with me to switch it over allowed the shower to work perfect for handicap accessibility. The shower was nice and clean with plenty of water pressure which was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Not a big problem but the property only has one elevator. Property gets busy so there can be a wait for the elevator but a chance to chat with fellow travelers. The AM we left, 21 Sept, breakfast room ran out of coffee. The breakfast staff seemed more interested in leaving a "good review" calling card and socializing than ensuring the customers had what they needed. Left on a bad note.

The hotel was very clean and I didn’t have to question if things were properly cleaned. The shower was phenomenal—great water pressure & temperature. The breakfast was very good and there was a wide selection of choices. We had a great stay!

The only thing I did not like was the bed was not the best in my opinion. Our bed was very springy but it was not the end of the world.

It smelled good and seemed really clean. The beds were super comfy. It was a little noisy but I had a white noise machine so after I turned that on, no problem. Every staff member had a smile on their faces and were so accommodating to allow us to eat our dinner in the breakfast area late at night. Even brought chocolates for the kids. There were a lot of us as we were in town for a funeral. The breakfast was better than just an average continental breakfast. There were 2 really sweet ladies keeping it clean and well stocked the whole time. One The front desk staff gave us a straw from her personal stash as our little one needed a straw for his orange juice. The location was perfect for near by restaurants and was in close proximity to the funeral home. If you’re looking for something to be wrong, I’m sure you could find it but we were so grateful for friendliness and comfortable beds at an affordable price, that we had no complaints! Would highly recommend this place and would stay again!

Excellent breakfast. Nice variety and good quality.

The facility was easy to access as well as near a variety of eateries. Staff was accommodating and the room was clean and provided everything we needed . We enjoyed our stay and felt the facility drew a quality clientele. The only area of improvement would be the bed itself . It was extremely firm and didn’t lend to a restful sleep.

Very clean throughout. Seems like we saw housekeeping staff all times of the day cleaning halls, lobby, fitness area, etc. Breakfast buffet had lots of options. Ladies kept fresh hot food available up til closing time.

Property location is tucked away behind a Days Inn near the highway with no stop light at the entrance.

Loved the staff! We were in Tennessee for our great-grandson's 2nd birthday. They allowed us to have pizza and birthday cake in the breakfast area. They even offered us plates, etc. (we brought our own). The staff treated us like valued guests!

The hotel is convenient to dining and shopping. Nicely appointed and personable staff.

The rooms are not as quiet as I like. It can get noisy in the hallway. The doors are very loud when closing. The noise is difficult upstairs while sleeping.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The only complaint I have is there was no mirror over the desk area where I could sit to do hair and makeup. Mobility issues often dictate the need to sit. Otherwise the room was perfect

Oh and the dining area and breakfast were also exceptional. Zero complaints

The smell of the hotel was very clean when you entered and it was neat.

It was noisy. Doors were very loud when they were shut by guests, you could hear people talking in their rooms, and you could hear traffic noise from the highway.
