Did not care for the mini sausage biscuit. Microwave even for 15 sec made a tough sandwich. Room was excellent. Service was excellent. Other guests overwhelmed the facilities, pool, breakfast area with huge number of children. This was no one's fault either those guests or the hotel but none the less, it was inconvienent to rthe other guests (ie. no room in breakfast room and food ran out, swimming pool completely filled with happy kids having a great time (nice to see but inconveinent to other guests, again no one's fault don't blame hotel or those guests), had a great restful expierence during a hardwork project was able to rest and prepare for next days work. Great job!

The price was amazing. There was a continental breakfast. The room was clean, and housekeeping was awesome. Great value. Will stay there again if back in that area. The gentleman at the front desk was so very kind. He changed our room from upstairs to down when he saw my 78 year old mother afraid the stairs would be hard for her.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Location

I have a service dog and lots noises startled her so she will bark .. and ppl complained on me .. I can't help my service dog may bark .. and she will also bark if someone knocks at door.. she is jus being protective. And 2 doors down their dog gets to barking and gets my dog to barking I understand people work because I work but I can't control that my dog barks when she gets startled... But I'm trying to accommodate and keep her from barking and I'm very sorry

This is in easy walking distance to many restaurants and things to do. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant. The breakfast could definitely use some upgrades, and equipment needs maintenance. Overall, for the price, I would stay here again in the future.

The room was really clean, the bed was comfortable and had everything my family needed. Love that it was walk up door access could park right in front of our room. Watched the Super Bowl & ate the cookout. We enjoyed our stay.

We didn’t have any complaints, we missed breakfast by 1 hour, maybe it could extend till 10 but other than that no worries.

The rooms were clean & staff we're very friendly

The key didn't work, we always had to call someone to come unlock our door for us. The batteries were dying But as soon as they figured it out, they had maintenance come the next morning to fix it.

Room was clean and maid service kept it that way. Door was hard to open and I mentioned it to the maid. She told me to go to front desk about it. I did not go to front desk. When we came back to the room, the door opened easier, so she must have relayed my message. It was pretty quiet for sleeping because it sits back off the main road. Bed was comfy, room was ok for 2 people, with kids it would be crowded.

Door was sticking, very hard to open, it seemed all the doors on the rooms were that way. My husband had to open it each time, because I could not get it open. Bathtub did not have a bathmat for inside the tub, and it was pretty slippery.

The room was clean, amenities stocked and VERY comfortable. Convenient location by dozens of restaurants and shopping options.

The only negatives would be the limited breakfast options and the traffic that could be heard throughout the daytime hours.

Cleaniness

First room was great 223 for our first night. The second room 227 the ac squeaked and made a lot of racket. Both shower curtain rods need fixed to keel the shower curtain closed at the shower head area. It kept opening up.

Most important thing to me is that the room was clean, which it was! I ALWAYS check for bedbugs first thing upon entering any hotel, I was pleased that the mattress, sheets, comforters were all white, and very clean and NO sign of bedbugs at all! I only add this bc I look for things when reading other peoples reviews! The beds were comfortable. Pool looked very clean although we did not get to use it, I did go look at it. Ice machine right outside of our door and even though ice machines are normally loud, with our a/c going it was no issue at all! Check in/out was very quick and easy. Employees were all very polite. overall it was a great place to stay in the area and I would book there again if back in the area!

landscapers were mowing very early in the morning. while it was a little annoying I do want to point out that this should NOT reflect anything bad on the hotel staff or even the landscapers! Mowing has to be done at some point anyway and I’m sure the mowers wanted to get an early start so they can finish before the hottest part of the day here!
