The location was perfect, the breakfast was decent, and the room was clean and very nice! We paid a little extra to get the King Suite with Jacuzzi tub...that was worth the extra money!!! :) Staff was very sweet and very helpful!!!

One thing...(this is not the only hotel that was designed this way) the AC/Heat unit is under the window curtain! Not a BIG DEAL; however, the fan needs to be adjusted for the curtain.

Staff was so friendly and kind. It was comfortable and pretty clean. Breakfast had many options and the coffee was very good. All in all it was a fantastic experience. Honestly, I've paid way more for way worse. Great value and would definitely stay again.

Some people were loud about 4am, but ultimately I understand as they were getting a start on their trip. We were placed in an end of hallway room, so that definitely helped tone down the noise.

The hotel and people there were very very friendly always enjoy staying there. The only place I stay when in Newport.

Very disappointed with Booksie. The customer service man very rude, would not listen to me and charged me xtra because I needed help. Never again I will only deal directly with the hotel. Or another app. He was even rude to the employee at the property.

Easy access and friendly lady that assisted us when we booked in. Breakfast was one of the better ones.

Our room was a bit dated and dark but the hotel is busy with renovations so sure it will change soon. Unfortunately we could not book in earlier unless you pay an additional USD25! Not even a little accommodating.

Had a late check in . The woman on the phone to confirm was excellent. They are doing some work on the place and the workers were on my floor very early but other than that, I will stay there Again and Again.

Room was comfortable and the breakfast was okay. Nothing bad and nothing to get excited over. But we shopped price and were happy with our stay.

Nothing we didn't like. Just an average place that met our needs. We might not look to stay here again but would if needed. Convenient to the highway.

It was a good room and quite. Beds were comfortable. They got us into our room easily and quickly.

Some of the staff didn't consider the customers comfort and was a bit disgusting infront of people.

I liked the staff and the rooms were clean and the place was neat. My husband loved taking a dip in the pool.

it had an overwhelming cleaning or deodorant/ air freshener smell everywhere. The smell was cloying and slightly sickening. Also the breakfast room was not well stocked at 8 am.

The property is undergoing renovation but it was amazingly clean. Kudos to the staff and maintenance people for keeping the inside dust free and clean. We were pleasantly surprised.

Comfortable Room. Checkin was by an English speaking gentleman that was very pleasant and accommodating. Location very convenient from interstate.

the key swipe to get into the building on one side did not recognize my key but the other side of the building did. From the looks of the bad key swipe it had been causing problems. it was pretty beat up. Wall lights beside bed would fall when you tried to turn them on. Window curtain above the HVAC unit would blow out into the room when fan came on and air could not circulate thru the room. pulsating show head defective
