The bed was very comfortable. It was so nice to enjoy the outdoor pool. After a long day of activities to be able to relax in a spa tub in our room, it was awesome sauce. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was close to many attractions. Newport has a cute downtown.

The furniture outside the elevator was dirty and should bot be caught in an econolodge. The grounds needed to have a little TLC. There were a ton of weeds over taking the landscaping.

The location was perfect, the breakfast was decent, and the room was clean and very nice! We paid a little extra to get the King Suite with Jacuzzi tub...that was worth the extra money!!! :) Staff was very sweet and very helpful!!!

One thing...(this is not the only hotel that was designed this way) the AC/Heat unit is under the window curtain! Not a BIG DEAL; however, the fan needs to be adjusted for the curtain.

The bench in the room needs to be covered! The chair was so noisy, you couldn’t sit in it!! TV would only get 1 channel! Clerk brought new batteries but they didn’t help!! Really enjoyed the jacuzzi!! A little hard to get into and step was a trip hazard! We were only there to see relatives in the area! Weren’t in the room much so it really didn’t matter!

Staff was so friendly and kind. It was comfortable and pretty clean. Breakfast had many options and the coffee was very good. All in all it was a fantastic experience. Honestly, I've paid way more for way worse. Great value and would definitely stay again.

Some people were loud about 4am, but ultimately I understand as they were getting a start on their trip. We were placed in an end of hallway room, so that definitely helped tone down the noise.

The hotel and people there were very very friendly always enjoy staying there. The only place I stay when in Newport.

Very disappointed with Booksie. The customer service man very rude, would not listen to me and charged me xtra because I needed help. Never again I will only deal directly with the hotel. Or another app. He was even rude to the employee at the property.

Easy access and friendly lady that assisted us when we booked in. Breakfast was one of the better ones.

Our room was a bit dated and dark but the hotel is busy with renovations so sure it will change soon. Unfortunately we could not book in earlier unless you pay an additional USD25! Not even a little accommodating.

Had a late check in . The woman on the phone to confirm was excellent. They are doing some work on the place and the workers were on my floor very early but other than that, I will stay there Again and Again.

Room was comfortable and the breakfast was okay. Nothing bad and nothing to get excited over. But we shopped price and were happy with our stay.

Nothing we didn't like. Just an average place that met our needs. We might not look to stay here again but would if needed. Convenient to the highway.

It was a good room and quite. Beds were comfortable. They got us into our room easily and quickly.

Some of the staff didn't consider the customers comfort and was a bit disgusting infront of people.

I liked the staff and the rooms were clean and the place was neat. My husband loved taking a dip in the pool.

it had an overwhelming cleaning or deodorant/ air freshener smell everywhere. The smell was cloying and slightly sickening. Also the breakfast room was not well stocked at 8 am.
