The staff is so nice and willing to help to their fullest. very clean room. AC worked well. The cleaning crew is super nice (even a few does not speak English much)

Breakfast is just Ok. The scramble eggs tasted like the power mix not real egg. Fortunately it was offer for one day and next two days was replaced with other egg dish (much better). Coffee is not good at all. Tried it

Clean room, comfortable bed, fairly spacious room.

I had to change my reservation due to a change in travel plans. It was made expecially difficult for me to do so. Once It was finally rebooked, I was still charged for the day which I did not check in and had to explain yet again to the clerk that my reservation had been changed and confirmed prior to my arrival.

Everything was perfect. You can tell they went the extra mile from the little designs they made with the bathroom towels and the little toilet tissue designs. It had the feel of an upscale hotel. Location was perfect for shopping.

The only thing I can think of that could’ve been better was the air conditioning unit in our room was rattling a little bit throughout the night.

I requested two room on the same floor because we were traveling with my 87 year old mother. I made the request on April 9th 20 days before our arrival. Upon arrival they said they were full and could not get two rooms on the same floor but my mom could change rooms the following night if she wanted to. She ended up just staying in the same room all three nights. It is a little hard to believe their system would not put two rooms at 3 nights each over $1000 reservation over all the single room one night stays.

The hotel layout was simple and efficient and made sense (I get lost a decent amount in hotels), the room was huge and clean, the staff was super friendly and competent and all around lovely. Our 2 year old daughter ADORDED everything (the room, the rolling chair, the A/C unit, the bathtub, the window, the breakfast, the hallway, the BIG bed she got to share with Mom & Dad… etc lol) which made it even more special!

The road construction - but that’s not the property’s fault.

Breakfast hours on the weekend from 7am to 11am would have been better than 6am to 10am.

The location is close to Austin (15 minutes) but outside of the traffic of the city. The staff was friendly when checking in, and the room had a great fragrance with nice amenities in the bathroom.

The location was excellent. It was close to Austin while being away from traffic and hustle, it was also near really great restaurants.

The walls are extremely thin and you could hear the people next door all night long. We were 2 doors down from the elevator, and you could hear the dings from the elevator when the TV was off which was very annoying.

Great location in a quiet area of town. Clean property and rooms. Great breakfast as well!

Not the fault of the property but new traffic pattern and construction on the highway out front was confusing for the GPS. Learned to come in a different way after that.

The safety measures they take in the evening were spectacular. I was worried about the location because of all the construction but as soon as you entered the building you completely forgot there is an outside world.

The breakfast potatoes and murky pool were not the best, that being said these are usually not the highest on my list when traveling.
