Exceeded my expectations, I stayed 4 days. Room are big and bed is very comfy. AC works great and bathroom was very clean. There are several lamps in the room which is a plus. I never tried the breakfast so can’t say anything about that!

I really like the location, bed was comfy and room too, the receptionist was a good person.

The breakfast was really limited (cereal, milk, waffles,coffee and juice), I was given a wrong room number at first (so that part was awkward), pillows were small haha. Sometimes the bathroom smelled bad. Anyway price-benefit was good.

Breakfast was good, hotel was clean and the location was good for my visit with my son.

Visible rust and decay in the bathroom shower stall where water damage had occurred. Bathroom doesn't have a fan, so the vanity is showing signs of distress.

Great service rooms were clean got the king suite although the beds arnt that comfortable woke up with back pain every day. But that's to be expected for a hotel that's under 100$ per night.

I love Hot Water! To be able to take a hot shower in the morning made my day.

Breakfast, It was so- so. Not bad, but, not a great selection to choose from.

Quietness. Peacefulness. Very clean rooms/showers. Little to no foot traffic. Location (off path) Great coffee lol

Location reasonable and was able to walk to bus stops for Downtown attractions.

Breakfast very basic, toaster did not always work.

We really enjoyed our stay. Stayed 1 night for the taylor swift concert. Room was clean, comfy, and just what we needed.

Front desk mentioned that their was a city wide water boil notice. So the hotel pool was closed.

I LOVE everything about this place, it was SUPER CLEAN, the staff was amazing and the location was great. Any concerns we had or questions they were right there. I will always book with them anytime I’m In Houston. I never leave reviews but this place deserves it. 10 out of 10!!!! ❤️
