Nice king room with fridge, microwave, coffee maker & plenty of room. It was a quick overnight stay, but they're dog-friendly ($20/night) & had a dedicated dog area with doggie bags provided. We were on the 2nd floor, unfortunately, so not super convenient with a senior less-mobile dog, but he was comfortable once we got settled. Good selection for brekky with waffle maker (4 mini Belgian waffles!), eggs, juice, etc, though they do shut everything down promptly at 9:30am- including the juice/water dispenser, so I couldn't get a refill! Otherwise, no complaints. Pretty easy in & out with decent area to park our truck & cargo trailer. Oh- the one-and-only ice machine for all 3 floors was out of order, so that was disappointing. Pool closed at 10pm, otherwise I would have jumped in after our long road trip.

Room was clean and modern. I liked the built-in desk, microwave and refrigerator. The bed was super comfortable and the comforter very plush. I also enjoyed having access to the work out room and hot tub.

The swimming pool water was quite cold for a heated pool. I chose not to swim once I realized how cold it was. For some reason, in my room, the shower faucet had the hot and cold waters reversed. It took me awhile to figure out that I had to turn it to “cold” to get hot water.

I really liked the breakfast. They had a good selection of hot and cold breakfast. The Inn is very centrally located. Everything is clean and comfortable.

My room had some strange bumps under the carpet. It was like walking on the floor was a case of trying to avoid those areas where there were bumps. Maybe the construction people didn't remove some concrete drops before laying down carpet.

Clean room. Comfortable king size bed with good pillows. Very good staff. Large housekeeping crew which is probably why they are doing a good job (not rushed). Great value. Really good location set back from the main street (University) near 15 FWY, and across from Sams Club, Target and restaurants. About 5 minutes from downtown. I would definiitely stay there again.

Ice machine was down during my stay. Soda machine maintained by 3rd party also had issues. But not a problem as a Maverik is just down the street a little ways

From check in to check out, our stay was perfect. Allison was the person who checked us in, and she was delightful. She was professional but very friendly. She made us feel so welcome! The room was very comfortable. It had everything we needed, including a view of our car from our second floor window. The shower was large and the water pressure and temperature were just right. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever seen offered as part of the room rate. It included two kinds of omelettes, bacon, do-it-yourself waffles, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, and more. There were plenty of tables, and the food was restocked promptly. We will definitely book this hotel if we ever return to Provo, and we will book at the Sleep Inn or other Comfort properties in other cities when we travel, based on this experience. Even the view of the mountains behind the inn was beautiful.

There was nothing we didn't like. We could find nothing that was not satisfactory or better. We will return. How can we write that something was lacking when nothing was lacking at all?

The whole experience was very pleasant. The employees were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, the employee in the breakfast room was very friendly and helpful. She kept all the food filled and the tables clean.

the air conditioner should have been set lower, so when you enter the room it would be comfortable not too warm

Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast did the trick. Pre made cheese omelets And hot sausages (tasty). Yogurt, bagels, coffee juices, cereal. Pre packaged hard boiled eggs available. Waffle maker

Access in and out of building. Going through dining area was tight. Some key card issues. Nice employee helped us get luggage cart over the hump from dining room lot access.

The front desk check-in person was Great and very personable. She really made the stay a friendly experience. The grounds felt safe to walk my dog at any time. Room was clean. Breakfast was OK and what I expected from other reviews. Facility is close enough to find good takeout food for the tired traveler.

The facility (rugs especially) needs an update for the price, even with a pet.

Everything about this place was phenomenal. sheets smell clean bathroom was clean. The whole entire room was spotless. I want to thank housekeepers. They are the heart of the hotel. Thank you. And to the young lady that made breakfast this morning. You are awesome. All the guests, including myself, had smiles and it was amazing. I will come here again. I recommend this place outstanding. I give it a 10 out of 10 🌟 .

The only thing that I did not like was paying a $10 fee for a bird. I could understand if it was a dog or cat. But rules are rules, thank you.

The property is located nicely in the middle of everything off of University Boulevard. I did not use the breakfast option. The swimming pool and hot tub seems to be in good shape and the water was warm in the swimming pool. The beds were comfortable our room was clean.

The water in the hot tub was 84°. Could’ve been a little hotter for me.
