Hyatt house was beautiful, comfortable and in a really accessible area, food delicious and classy first day, paper plates and plastic the next

The front desk was either overworked or just out of it. The t.v. Was down the whole stay, inconvenient, but the thing that worried me is I accidentally got a handicapped accessible room, no problem , beautiful room, but the bathroom shower when used , got the floor wet also, no matter what precautions, left the bathroom almost dangerous for me, but esp. for someone with disabilities

The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The room was really nice although there were a couple things that weren't working - like the bathroom door wouldn't lock and the fridge was not working. But that would never stop me from booking there again. Courtney at the front desk was phenomenal and went the extra mile! Extra stars for Courtney! Free breakfast although we did not get up early enough to partake of it. Great place to stay with the family!

The hotel was as good or better than a luxury hotel for the cost of a Best Western. The "Kitchenette" was fully stocked with plates pans, silverware, etc, and was very large, and included a dish washer. The heater/AC was dedicated to the room, but as quiet as central air. The shower was some kind of innovative designer shower that had a silver plate across the front where the water drained, and when the water hit the silver, it sounded like a wind chime. The space was more than I needed, and included a sofa that extended to a folding bed. Breakfast included hand-made omelettes by the staff while you wait. The fully carpeted room was pet-friendly for a one-time fee of $70.

This is my second time staying here- will always stay here when in SLC area! Love this place. The style & layout of King rooms are spacious & modern. Love the fully equipped kitchens & big islands. It’s cool that the TV swivels between the lounge & bed. Staff have always been kind & professional. Easy check-in & out. The pet fee is reasonable. There are these thoughtful “Pets in Room” signs. The shower gel & hair wash smells sooo good, I didn’t even use mine. Bonus that Chipotle & Dutch Bros are Nextdoor. Convenience Store right across the street. We walked our dogs around the block & felt safe. WiFi worked well. Decent breakfast each morning. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend!

Ya know- I can’t think of any… great stay each time!

We loved everything about staying here. The omelette bar really made a difference in improving the breakfast. The room was nice and spacious. The WiFi wasn’t awful. Loved having the kitchen in the suit. They had high chairs for the breakfast area.

The only complaint I have would be there was dirt or blood where we would have hung the towels, the pool was outside so we couldn’t use it when it’s cold outside. The pancakes and waffles were awful.

The location was perfect! 2 food places right next door, a gas station and a Dutch Bro’s! Staff were amazing and so helpful as we had traveled from out of state. The hotel was safe and comforting. We actually booked again on our return home. Very modern hotel with great water pressure! (Huge win in my eyes) Would highly recommend staying here.

The carpet needed some vacuuming in places like around the end of the bed frame. Visible dirt and crumbs from previous guests.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating, the room was clean and access was easy and close to parking which was nice. Access to resturants and amenities was great considering how close everything was.

The bedding was thin and light weight and you couldn't just keep the fan on continuous so no white noise and no weighted blanket. I will bring my own next time since I will be coming often because of a new Dr. I am seeing for treatments.

THE ROOM WAS GREAT, THE BREAKFAST WAS FABULOUS AND THE HOUSEKEPPING WAS WONDERFUL.

THE GUEST THAT WAS NEXT DOOR THE FIRST NIGHT WAS NOT COURTEOUS TO THE OTHER GUEST IN THAT THEY WERE FIGHTING THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT. HE WAS ALSO CAUSING THE CHILDREN TO CRY AND SLAMMING THE DOORS. NO WE DIDD NOT CALL DOWN TO DESK BECAUSE OF THE CHILDREN. THE NEXT NIGHT WE HAD A TODDLER ABOVE THAT WAS JUMPING UP AND DOWN ON THE FLOOR FOR AWHILE. BUT AT LEAST WE DID GET TO SLEEP.

I really liked how easy it was to book, and everyone was so nice. I also noticed they have EV charging stations. I didn’t use them though so I can’t say more about that. It was convenient to get to bring my dog with me too. My only complaint is that my bathroom door didn’t latch. It was inconvenient but I was only there one night. I would definitely use this hotel again.

The view from my window was amazing. Beautiful mountains. The room was comfortable, clean, with all the things that needed in the kitchen. It even had a dishwasher. They even put a new sponge for dishes which is very important for me. Bathroom was very clean and we had a lot of towels. The staff was super nice and helpful! Breakfast had even nondairy milk. This was a place that you don’t want to leave.
