Room was very clean. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

I stayed from Tuesday through Saturday, and my bedding was never changed, nor was my bed ever made. Towels were restocked daily, but the bedding was never touched, which I found odd for that number of days. Breakfast was... below average. The breakfast attendant was great, but the options were very limited. Also, I requested a late checkout, and confirmed that I had my room until noon. When I returned to my room at 11:00am, my keys had already been deactivated.

My wife and I have used this hotel on multiple occasions to visit my family in the area. With more hotels sprouting up around Lexington, this Best Western consistently meets our expectations of affordability, services, and a great location between interstation junctions and Downtown Lexington. Even with active renovations, the grounds were well maintained and peaceful. The breakfast was a great start to the day and our daughter loved watching the pancake machine in action. While we did not have any issues, we trusted that Tanya, the hotel manager, would be right on top of it to keep us happy. Well worth the stay and look forward to the future trips to Best Western Lexington.

This might be nitpicky and didn't bother me, but maybe a little more positive enthusiasm from the front desk staff. It felt like I was bothering some of the clerks with check-in, check-out, and a few questions through the trip.

Great basic amenities. I did not try breakfast but I believe everything was going to be offered at 6:30 Am. Everything was comfortable and almost everything worked! Great location with surrounding places but hard to maneuver one way streets and crossing.

Our toilet had trouble flushing and with the pet charge being $30 for one pet and one night, it was way too expensive for the benefits. However, I also talked to the staff and understand that it’s a flat rate for all animals and all length stays. I think there should be exceptions though.

The staff was very friendly. I was initially having trouble getting into my room due to a faulty keycard. They assisted me in getting both a new keycard, and even that did not work, so they went through the trouble of moving me to a new room, which was very helpful. The room was a good size for what I booked. I never had any issues with the heater, parking, or the room overall.

The bathroom could have been just the SMALLEST bit bigger, otherwise, this was a perfect stay. The breakfast was good, but the staff was having trouble with providing some of the food due to machine malfunctions.

Bed was comfy, room was clean and the breakfast was very good.

The room I stayed in has a outside door handle that does not work correctly -- you need to raise it up rather than down and open the door.There was no notification when I checked in, and I had to return to the check in desk to tell them I could not get the door open even though the key was registering correctly. Fix the door handle (room 118).

Breakfast was excellent, pet friendly with a $25 deposit, decent price, friendly staff. Liked the microwave and refrigerator and Wi-Fi worked.

Noisy outside, trucks make noise near the doors, doors to the room were too loud and walls were thin so we could hear everything. Parking was not as close as I would have liked and one of the lights didn’t work. Toilet was slow and difficult to flush.

OK, plenty of choices, nice window views. All was clean and attractive.

Can you put something on the bottom of the chairs to keep them from scraping so loudly? And in the room, could you turn on the refrigerator a couple of hours before we get there?

We stayed here for three nights while attending an event. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, the staff was helpful. The breakfast on the first day was ordinary but the next two days the breakfast had more options and was very good.

Nice clean rooms, very clean outside and each room has its own outdoor sitting area table with chairs. That was a nice touch. Applebee's in parking lot and next to gas station and interstate.

The location is wonderful, close to shops and restaurants, the lady at the front desk was very very nice. I would recommend it.
