The view from our room was stunning. The staff was responsive and helpful. I originally reserved a King room because I thought I would be traveling by myself. However, my grandson decided to join me for a mini-road trip. At check in I informed the gal that there were 2 of us; that my grandson was traveling with me. She immediately offered to change my room from 1 king bed to 2 queens beds at no extra charge. That certainly exceeded my expectations. Check in was breeze. The room was perfect, but watching the sunset over Moses Lake from our private patio was priceless. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!! :D

It was a little difficult to find and some of the free breakfast food was not to our liking. However, that is truly just being a little nit picky. :D We loved our stay.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. From the time we checked in until the time we checked out, we were always greeted with a smile and wonderful attitude.

The rooms are a little dated, but still very comfortable. We didn't see an ice machine on the first floor, though I think there was one the last time we stayed.

Bed was comfortable, clean rooms. Sauna and hot tub were operational and very relaxing. Parking lot was clean and well maintained with good lighting. Restaurant/bar had good food and atmosphere.

Breakfast was standard hotel type- low quality, but good variety. TV did not have a guide you could browse through, just had to watch it scroll past on a channel. Shower heads did not have good flow.

The breakfast was the best free "hotel breakfast" we've ever had, including Eggs Benedict and made to order omelets. The Restaurant had great food for dinner and half off drinks for happy hour. Our room view of the lake was beautiful!

The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was super cold. It was a very hot day.

They did not have beach access to the lake and they did not allow dogs on the property not even pool side. We had my daughter’s dog for the day, but we stayed away from the hotel so we did not get fined for the pet. We could not even bring him in the lobby.

What I liked about the hotel was the view of the lake from the room and restaurant. I didn't take advantage of the perks like the sauna or pool, but knowing that those options were available had me excited for a next visit. The continental breakfast was a plus! Overall, it was great experience.

The location was nice, but I found getting to the hotel difficult at first. The sign to the hotel didn't capture my attention and I thought it was the sign for the gas station. Other than that, I don't have much negatives.

The rooms were fantastic: clean, very comfortable, and stylish. The restaurant is terrific, too. The breakfasts are generous and have so many options. The lake view is so peaceful.

Minor points: bathrooms in the rooms are rather small and cramped. The vents blow hot air, which can get stifling. The TV either didn't work, or was too complicated to operate.

Nice clean room with fridge Tv and comfy bed ours was pool view but they have rooms with a view of the lake if you want. Breakfast was included with plenty of choices and omelettes made to order. Resturant / Bar looks over the lake. Great for our stopover

we had a group of 7 and 4 rooms. we enjoyed dinner and drinks on the patio at the bar. after being there a while we were told that management does not allow tables to be moved together. we had moved 2 4 top tables together. really don’t understand this rule and put a negative experience on all guests. would love to hear from management to understand why this rule is in place.

Traveling with my elderly mother so the handicapped room we had on the first floor was great. We loved having the extra sink outside of the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the view of the lake was beautiful. We really enjoyed the restaurant and complimentary breakfast! The staff was all helpful and friendly!!
