Room is spacious enough for solo travelers. Sheets are very comfy. Room was cleaned and made up everyday. Quiet neighborhood. Had a relaxing view from outside my room. Cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, and even pharmacies are nearby. Accommodating staff and hassle-free checkout.

A little far from paris city center and attractions but there’s a very close suburban rail line nearby (1-3min walk from hotel). It’s easy to get around via metro but will take you a min. 30mins and a lot of walking/switching train lines to go from the hotel to the paris city neighborhood.

An affordable option for (female) solo travellers. I stayed in a female-only dormitory with four (bunk) beds, with its own shower and toilet. SUB is a mix between a hotel and a hostel. Nice, clean and friendly staff. And, most importantly for me, the location is just outside the city centre but easily accessible by train or bus. The neighbourhood is quiet and modern and feels safe. The hotel is close to the shopping street with cafés, supermarkets and restaurants. And only a 5-minute walk from the station. If I go back to Paris, I will definitely come back here!

The only real disadvantage is that the energy in the (female) room was linked to one key card. If the person who had the key card in the holder left the room, no one else had any energy. Not very convenient if you were in the shower or wanted to charge your phone at night.

Sub Hotel is located at 2 RER train station far from the city center, so it's not easy to say "I will have a walk here in the neighborhood" cause there's nothing around. Luckily, the train and bus stations are super close and it's easy to reach the city center! Check-in and check-out were super and super fast, the staff is nice and they were ready to answer any questions! The elevator is small, but big enough to carry a big luggage and 2 small girls like me and mum. Breakfast was simple but had the essentials that could make it go through the day till dinner! Talking about the room, we stayed on a Superior (room 38, at the end of the corridor) and it was big enough to fit 2 people, I can't imagine the Comfort rooms. The bathroom was nice, and renewed, missed only a couple of hangers for the towels to dry. Bed was comfy enough, pillows a little bit less, but if you're really tired, it works! Attention to the heater! You need to be able to use your phone in order to make it work.

AC could be set before the arrival of the guests, the room was cold and I had to download an app + connect via Bluetooth to have a warm room. Not sure an old person could manage to do what I did. And a small thing, having a couple of hangers in the bathroom will be nice and at least 2 bottles of water in the room, instead of adding the water in the kettle.

Located in nice quiet area, close to the train station which takes you to Saint-Lazare station in 15 minutes and trains depart very often, no problem with the noise inside the room, comfy beds, room being cleaned everyday. Also right outside there is a bakery (or multiple), so that was a big plus :)

The room could be bigger (I understood that I'm ordering the smaller one), really no space for two people (only 1 chair) to sit and have snack besides one being on bed/floor. Also a fridge would be appreciated.

Arrived very late, past midnight after a concert at La defense arena and the staff were warm and welcoming The room was spotless with excellent bedding and huge shower The decor was modern and tasteful and the pillows fantastic We had breakfast included and the scrambled eggs and sausages delicious and again wonderful friendly and smiling staff, at 7am!!! Such fantastic value for money and right next to the station Highly recommended especially for the price Thank you Hub!

Everything was good - location near the railway 🛤 station Bois-Colombos - 15 min and u in the center of Paris! Cozy and comfortable inside with small kitchen where in the morning u can find french breakfast (yogurts, fruits, croissants 🥐 and bagets 🥖,crepes ,eggs and sausages 😋). Room was small but comfortable- all that u need was there , hair dryer +

Vegetables are absolutely absent during the breakfast, and sometimes cold omelet and dirty cutlery. And not so good noise isolation

The hotel is situated on a charming street that exudes an authentic Parisian vibe. The interior is relatively new and very cozy, providing a welcoming atmosphere. Although the rooms and bathrooms are small, this is expected given the hotel's location in a historical building. A significant advantage is its proximity to the rail station, which allows for a quick commute to the Saint-Lazare station. The continental breakfast was tasty and satisfying. I do not agree with the negative comments about this hotel. Overall, I can strongly recommend this hotel and will definitely return when visiting Paris again.

Bathroom door is a sliding door, which means it lacks acoustic isolation.

The member of staff that we saw at the reception desk was very welcoming and helpful. None of us can speak French very well but that wasn't a problem as the receptionist spoke very good English. All our requests were sorted out and we were given rooms next to each other and one had a view ( albeit far away) of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel was also just a few minutes walk from Bois Colombes train station (10 mins journey to Paris St Lazare). Lovely bakery and supermarket close to the hotel as well.

The bathroom in the rooms that we had ( comfort room)were very small ( might be difficult for someone with mobility issues or a larger person). The mattress was also a little bit firmer than I am used to but overall the room was good value for money.

This is our second visit to Paris after 9 years. We have lived in the city centre before because we were in a group and wanted to see Paris. This time we chose to just relax and enjoy the life outside the city centre and Sub was the perfect place. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The people in the neighbourhood were very friendly and polite. We had a great time

Cleanest hostel room / bathroom I’ve ever stayed in, reception and eating areas are very nice. Great price for what you get!!

It’s about 3 train journeys away from the main tourist sights, but the journey isn’t too bad, and I can’t really fault the hotel itself for that. The kitchen is strictly closed at nighttime and I was told I couldn’t even fill up my water bottle when I got in at night, nor access the fridge, which isn’t great, but not too big of a deal!
