The room was clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly. The shower was roomy and had good pressure. The body wash provided in the shower was lovely. We were generally happy with the room and it was good enough for a short stay. It was also quite convenient for La Défense Arena - just a few tram stops away and there is a tram stop almost directly outside the hotel.

Beds were a little too firm and only 1 pillow provided per person. I'd requested extra at the time of booking, and I repeated this request to the staff on reception on 4 separate occasions, with them promising to look into it each time but only on the last night I managed to get a staff member who actually provided me with 2 extra pillows. The listing said the room would have a coffee machine as well as a kettle, but there was no coffee machine. Free coffee was theoretically available in reception, but several times when I went to get coffee the machine was not switched on. The room was rather hot and no fan was available.

It was very comfortable and have all the neccessary equipement to stay for short term as well as for the long term stay. The room was clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect near the tram station Victor Basch for only 15 min you can reach La Defons! In front of the building you have a Commercial Center! I would reccomand 100% to all the guest to come and to stay at Aparthotel Adagio Access Colombes!

I would like to have more pillow and more toilet paper staying more than 2 days!

Location is near Tram station only 4-5 min walk , apartment has all basic essential items needed like kitchen utilities , room is soundproof , the stuff is super helpful and friendly with solving all queries the main building door has a password which i think provides extra security

The stay was generally pleasant.

There were a few things that could be improved. I would have appreciated having more towels available for use, as well as some additional toilet paper. Also, the temperature inside the room was very hot and uncomfortable at times. With a bit more attention to these details, the experience would have been much better.

Good Hotel staff team professional friendly and very patient. Good access to La Defence and public transport very well deserved to Paris centre. Good room sizes. Great access to commodities; breakfast looked great if I could eat it ( under spécifique diet)…

To be honest not all the stuff are helpful some excellent some need to improve this however am not saying its not. Some stuff doesn’t know the info. Gym room need more and to be improved

They managed to put all you need into the small studio: the kitchen has a coffee maker, microwave, stove, fridge. The view is nice too, and the bed is comfy. Even if you don't have breakfast included, you can still get coffee and tea for free.

Unfortunately, the location was not the best - far from the center and a bit gloomy. It was also extremely noisy, especially on the lower floors.

The room was very pretty, clean and quiet, polite staff. Location far from the center but with the T2 you can reach La Défense and from there take the metro to arrive in the center of Paris.

The distance from the center, at least 30/40 minutes to reach the center but is normal for a big town like Paris

the Staff was super friendly and very helpful. parking was in the garage under the building. very close to the tram station and a yummy burger place right next to it.

Near the tram station and the supermarket E.Leclerc.

They provided a wrong code to access into the building and this cause me problems when i returned from city late in the night. Also they charged me the city tax even that was i paid at the reservation that amount.
