Bed was very comfortable (I like the relatively firm matresses). Bedside table was very small, but there was at least (enough for a book). Room facitilies were proper and clean. It wasn't spacious, but it was enough. Bathroom was clean and had everything we needed for one night. Breakfast was nice, all-you-can eat with a variety of local foods. Checking in at about 10:50 PM was not a problem. Check-out was super easy.

We missed the vegetables and fruits at breakfast.

Very clean room and property with friendly and helpful staff and prompt attention. Elevators work well. Breakfast was plentiful with great choices of croissants, brioches, breads, cheese, yogurt, eggs, bacon and juices. Hotel was conveniently located for a short drive to CDG airport.

I was lucky and found a parking spot nearby which was free since it was the weekend; not sure if it is difficult to find parking otherwise. Bathroom was a bit tight but clean and well equipped.

Stayed one night and all was satisfying. The room featured the two most important things...clean and quiet. The location is okay for public transport but a bit far from center and doesn't feel like old Paris. I didn't order the breakfast buffet for 11.90 euros but I did see the breakfast area in the morning, looked like a poor value based on the offerings and the room was really crowded.

As the person who has been working in the hospitality industry for more than 16 years, I know what I can expect to get in hotels, B&B's. The room was clean, with basic amenities. The staff was very helpful, especially the gentlemen who worked in the evening on 10/12/2023 (thank you). Didn't use the downstairs area, as breakfast we had in the city. It is good value for money. Generally had a pleasant stay.

It's not that I didn't like it or I would like to complain, but there were a few things I noticed.. The room was cold, we had an AC unit at 30°, but it was still chill (there was a cold breeze coming from the window). The bed was making a squeaking noise whenever my partner was turning around, so I was awake half of the night. In hotel information there was saying that they provide toiletries (they provide only 2 bottles: soap and shower gel+shampoo), no conditioner. For women it is a necessity to use conditioner :)

The room was very ok and comfortable. Hot water always and clean room every day.

I didn't like that I had to ask for a hairdryer at the reception (and they gave me one with not too much power), and the breakfast was a bit poor in my opinion, it could be improved a lot.

Breakfast was nice and not too busy. Location was nice, only few minutes to walk to the metro station and to the stade de france ( We were there for a concert ).

The rooms are small, but it isn't an expensive hotel either so that was to be expected. Parking reservation could only be done by phone, but they did speak English on the phone.

Good location, metro in 200 meters from hotel. Car parking is quite convenient. Big rooms.

For our requests everything was fine.

nice rooms and breakfast

I was scheduled to check out at 4 am. Unfortunately, hot kitchen staff denied my request for breakfast, stating that they were not informed. hotel reception staff had promised me that the breakfast window would be opened at 4 am when I checked out, but this did not happen. I understand this is a small matter, it reflects poorly on the professionalism of the service. I will be writing about this incident on your website as my opinion.

The hotel is convenient. The metro station and bus stop are about 3 minutes away from the hotel. There are a number of restaurants nearby, a good supermarket and pastry where you can grab something fresh if you do not want to have your breakfast in the hotel. The staff was helpful and when we came somehow late, we saw someone behind the desk. All in all, if I would revisit Paris, I would put this hotel in the list of my choices.

The room was excellent; however, there is somehow bad smell, which is in the bathroom. I believe with some airfresher , a problem could be solved.

super friendly and helpful team, reception and housekeeping, thank you very much!! very nice breakfast, all was fresh and tasty. we traveled to see Metallica and location was good, 15 mins walk to Stade de France. Although we didn't need it, but Metro station is just within 300 metres, or so, behind the next building.

nothing specifically, just 'toiletries' could have been a little bit more generous for the 200+ euro per room price. and a couple of bottles of water in the room would not harm either
