We were a little nervous considering the different negative reviews, but me and my partner stayed here for two nights and we had zero problems. The room with the private bathroom was just like the photos, small but clean and comfy. The receptionist was helpful and always smiling. If you just need a room with a bed and a place to clean yourself up this one is great for its value.

There were not many people in the hotel with us, but we could still hear noise from outside our room, so maybe when it's full it gets loud, but we were comfortable and able to sleep with no problem. Getting to the city centre takes while, but from the Saint Denis Basilique metro station it's like a 15 minute ride.

It was really wonderful place, all clean, no crowds, quiet, comfortable beds. Before coming I have read comments and was prepared for not so good experience, but when arrived I was shocked in a good way as the stay was perfect. I have taken own towel because the hotel it for the extra price (the information about that is written in the hotel information). So there were no surprises and the place was truly beyond my expectations. Perfect for the one night stay for sure.

super good value, not far from the highway if you come by car, free secure parking, very clean rooms with everything you need (we had a cabrio room for 4 nights with privat bathroom), nice and friendly staff, we felt really welcome, nice neighborhood with supermarkets, bakery, a lot of restaurants/ take away and only 10 min walk to the metro station and a 15 min ride to the center of paris, fantastic

there is nothing you can t like for this price, but just a little tip for the staff: maybe put some more hooks on the walls, its easy and cheap done ;)

Good location. My room was clean. Bed sheets clean. Modern shower. No air conditioning. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Despite no reply to my email inquiries about towels. The ground floor window and fence was not very high . I felt security was lacking. Close to the Olympic stadium 🏟 Be careful at night walking as the area it's located has high crime rate according to France. Reasonable price and the hotel enabled us to enjoy the Olympic athletics. Merci.

The price-quality ratio is very good. If you need a transfer to Beauvais airport - this is a very good option with a 24/7 reception. A good place to spend the night.

The only downside is that the shower on the floor was closed - it was not critical for me, I only needed to spend the night, I did not decide on this issue.

Everything Super close to night bus to beauvais airport, 15 min walk. 15 min walk to Saint Denis Basilica (metro+center). Tram goes to RER (tram stop 7 minutes from front door)

No elevator (only 3 floors building plus few steps to the front entrance)

Great price for a separate bedroom, gives a lot of privacy, the hotel is not too big so there are not too many people walking around at all times, the neighborhood is quiet, and the breakfast, even though simple, was a nice addition

The door to the room let in all the sound from the corridor so I could hear everything happening there. The sink was not very clean and would make noises at night sometimes

Comfortable quiet basic room very reasonable price and included a free buffet breakfast

Only problem was my room closed on me and couldn't reopen when I went for a shower in morning but friendly concierge at reception soon came and opened the door

Essential but very confortable. Recently renewed, clean, with friendly staff. I really world like to have more hotels like this around the world. The price/quality rate is exceptional, considering that you pay a single room the same price of a bedplace in a dormitory in any of the hostels across Paris.

In the room there are only two single hooks to hang your clothes.

Its location, not far from the underground station, from the property you can easily travel to Paris using the underground ( metro).

There was not toilet in the bedroom, I had to walk through the corridor to reach the toilet and the bathroom.
