Perfectly located in a peaceful area with picturesque old buildings, the property boasts a cozy courtyard and offers free 24-hour coffee and juice in the lobby. While the breakfasts are delicious, variety might be limited after a few days. The rooms feature large comfortable beds and are maintained with excellent cleanliness.

The room lacked space; fitting between the door and the hanger with a backpack was a squeeze, and using the desk was not an option. Also, during cleaning, the staff accidentally broke my MacBook charging cable and did not offer an apology, costing me an extra 30 euros for a replacement.

The staff was very welcoming and available to attend to my needs. The hotel is well located, 5 mins walk from the metro and in a calm area of Paris. Rooms are as shown on the photos.

Would be nice to have a fridge in the room. No aircon was bearable with the fan that was provided, but still it would have been nice to have the aircon as it was advertised as available when booking. The hotel did send an early notice that it had broken down.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy, making for a comfortable and pleasant experience. Additionally, the location is excellent, conveniently situated near the subway station, which made it easy to explore the city. Highly recommended!

While my stay at the hotel was generally pleasant, I found the rooms to be quite small. It would be great if they could offer more spacious accommodations for added comfort.

room was clean, breakfast was good, and having tea coffee available free of additional charge was an big plus as I was feeling under the weather and the warm beverages were very welcome.

City noises are a given when you stay in in city but I was unprepared for the garbage/recycling trucks at night. The manager was super responsive and moved me to another room which I very much appreciated. The staff was very good at what they did and I am glad to share that I felt heard and very safe there.

Very quiet neighborhood, carrefour next door, every morning there's a market stand with fresh fish, meat cheese. Súper helpful team on the place with water and coffee machine available almost 24h

Our stay was better than expected. 5 minutes to walk to metro station and maximum 0,5 hour by metro to city attractions. Quiet ant cozy neighborhood. Room is tiny and with basic appliances, but the bed was comfortable, room and bathroom clean, renovated. Our window was facing the street, but there were no noise at night. Daily room cleaning was perfect. Juice and coffee machine are available during the day. Breakfast was good - not a big variety, but enough to choose from. Yogurt in the glass jar is great selection. Staff were polite and helpful. They do not prepare a take away breakfast pack if you check out early morning, but coffee, juice, cupcakes and fruit were available for us to eat at the hotel before leaving. The inner yard has potential which could add value to this place, for example, some plants, furniture and etc. could be added.

Everything was perfect, a warm welcoming from Alexandre and his team, cosy and clean room. and breakfast are always a treat!. fair selection, misses fresh and smoked salmon.

We find that the selection is fair and , the breakfast team must be consistent & welcoming in its interaction with the clients . some are not interaction at all with clients. language skill is also an issue.

Small room but for the money it’s really valuable

loved the hood, the food and the overall vibe of the region. I liked that it was close to the metro station and all necessary basic stores

the personnel looked at me like im a piece of shit lol, but i guess all french people are like that. sorry for being a tourist i guess
