The staff were all so lovely breakfast was good. They went out of thier way to make my little girl feel welcomed. Staff clean the rooms well. But for 3 nights and visits to disney. The oerfect stay as theres a convenient shuttle bus too and from the park.

For the price the rooms are a bit dated, carpets worn and wall paper coming away in parts. The sofa bed mattress is very lumpy. It definitely needs upgrading/refurbishing. The stagnant water you have to walk through to get to the pool is a little gross.

Room was comfortable, breakfast was nice, and the bus transfer to Disneyland and the train station was very useful. If you don't have a car, room service / restaurant were good.

It's not walking distance to anything else, but with the shuttle bus to Disneyland and breakfast/dinner available on site this was fine for us.

We stayed here in May 2025. This hotel does not disappoint. Outside - There is plenty of parking, and the building is nice with a great courtyard to the rear and a play area for the kids. Inside - The lobby is immaculate with nice seating and bar area. The corridors are clean and well kept. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are comfy and the tv can mirror your phone to watch whatever you want to watch. Staff are super helpful and friendly from reception to restaurant staff. Nothing seems to be too much of an ask which is very good when you have fussy children! The shuttle to disney is great, every 30 minutes. This hotel helped make our holiday! Cannot fault it!

Great: The hotel food, location, hotel ground facilities, shuttles to the disney parks and staff who when you needed something the staff were very attentivet. I really appreciated that. These were the best parts of the stay. Okay: The room cleaning could be improved as the only thing that was done during our stay was the sheets, which were made up (new sheets provided every 3 days) and clean towels left daily, but no hoovering was done, and soap was not refilled. We had to ask for this.

Didn't like: The sauna did look like it had black mold all over, and the swimming pool had dead flies inside of it and plenty on the wall next to the pool. Apart from that the stay was really lovely.

We loved it here. The location was great, only 10 minutes by free shuttle. The shuttle was every half hour which was annoying, but I checked other hotel bus time tables and ours was actually the best/most often (unless you stay at a Disney hotel). The breakfast was plentiful, I can't believe there were people on here saying they couldn't find anything to eat! Not traditional English, but they had hot and cold food, an egg station, pastries, fruit, some gluten-free. My child especially liked the small cookies! The room was big enough for the two of us, although if there had been 4 of us there may have been a problem. I would defo go for a suite if there was more than 3 of us. In all the times we have been to Disney, we have never been back and forward to the hotel so much, we usually just stay in the park all day, but it was nice to jump the bus back and get dry and warm and chill out for an hour before heading back. House keeping made our bed some days, but for most days we just kept the do not disturb sign up as we are not bothered by our mess. We just made sure we cleared up when we left. The beds were changed mid week. The wifi was amazing.The fridge was working, but not very well, when we went in to the town we didn't buy stuff to make packed lunches in case it spoiled. But you can take a pastry and a bit of fruit from the breakfast to tide you over if you really need to. The pool was far too cold for me, being an adult, but children didn't seem to have a problem with it. The sauna was large and it was working, so I was happy with that (and they had a nice gym, which I didn't use). The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The resturant was nice, the food was good. The bar/lounge area was cosy and quiet and I was able to watch English football. All in all a nice relaxed vibe at the hotel, and a nice relaxed holiday.

As mentioned before the buses wernt as frequent as we would of liked, but were still better than the other hotel services.

The hotel is ok but it has nothing to do with other 4* Radisson Blu Hotels we have stayed in the past. The room was spacious, the bed and sofá bed were comfortable but it already looks outdated. There was no coffee maker in the room, no bathrobes and slippers to go to the swimming pool, and the toiletries provided were also limited. The hotel is located in a beautiful park but there's nothing around in case you don't have a car. The buffet breakfast was very good.

The rooms are a bit outdated. Lack of staff at the restaurant during dinner time. We had to wait a long time to get a table in spite of the restaurant being almost empty. The two persons tried to be friendly but look overwhelmed.

The location The room was spacious Elyas from the staff helped me putting around 10 bags in the car with a smile.

The corridor was smelly ( room was very clean though). The key stopped working on the midnight of the second night went down to reception to find them busy with other customers, the reactivation of the key took around 12 mins in total. The water system is a self service filtered water station, one per floor is not enough. The shuttle bus was on time yet it was very undersized for the amount of people it carried back to the hotel from Disney final show.

The hotel overall was nice, the breakfast was good and the staff were lovely. There was a few things that could have been better i.e the AC did not work properly, which was disappointing as the weather was between 20 to 25 degrees so I had to keep the window open overnight which caused disruption to our sleep early hours of the morning from the birds. The fridge was not cold, it was barely cool and when we raised it to the receptionist they said it’s a mini fridge and was not supposed to be cold? Makes no sense whatsoever so we had to leave the milk for the children downstairs at reception. Location wise, it’s close to Disney land and they provide a shuttle bus service which was really good. In terms of visiting Paris it’s self, the hotel is an hour or so away so you are best going to Disney land first via the shuttle bus where you are dropped off in front of the train station - from there you can take a train to central Paris.

Great facilities, a decently sized indoor pool, sauna and spa. The every 30 minute shuttle service to the train station/Disney is great and is a lot better value for money than the disney resort hotels.

With the occupants mainly being families off to go to disney, people running down the hallways at night as you try to sleep is common, whilst annoying it has to be expected. The shuttle service is very busy during park opening and closing hours and is something to note.
