The location is excellent, just an 8-minute walk from the Convention Metro station. In fact, you can walk to most places if you're not in a hurry. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the room is impeccably clean. I particularly enjoyed the two large windows that let in plenty of sunlight. They even provided L'Occitane hair shampoo, shower gel, and handwash, which was a pleasant surprise, along with a hairdryer. The only thing it lacked was a hair conditioner. The hotel is conveniently surrounded by supermarkets, shops, and restaurants.

I had trouble adjusting the air conditioning temperature and found it chilly at night. I requested an extra duvet from the receptionist, but they only provided a thin blanket. Consequently, I had to fold my duvet to make it thicker with the additional blanket to stay warm. I'm concerned that if I were to visit the Chouette Hotel with my husband and kids, whether it's in winter or summer, we might become unwell due to feeling cold and not sleeping well at night. I hope they will provide additional duvets (rather than thin blankets) if we come with our family again because folding a king-size one won't be sufficient to keep all of us warm at night.

Hotel and room are quite nice, would be happy to stay there again! Though the bed is more like 180cm long, we (two adult men) slept quite well and the bed was very comfortable. Not too firm, not too soft, just right for me. The bathroom is nice, even has a bathtub, though no hook for the toilet paper (not a big deal). Located in a nice relaxed neighborhood with a nice park not far with a beautiful pond where ducks and geese live (Parc Georges Brassens), they also had a weekend book flea market there. Also there was a market on the street of the hotel which was great, full of fresh produce etc (Tues, Thurs, Sunday). Bakeries and some restaurants very close by. About 25-30 minutes by bus to main tourists spots which was no problem, we even walked the hour distance a couple times to enjoy exploring the different neighborhoods of Paris. Overall we had a great stay!

The room is smaller than it appears in the pictures. For two people it was manageable, but a bit bigger would be more ideal. You can hear any noise coming from the hall, but thankfully this wasn’t an issue due to respectful neighbors and did not wake us. Our room faced the street but there were no noises bothering us as it’s not a very busy street. We slept very well.

It is a boutique hotel very well appointed. It looked like it was newly renovated. Very comfortable and service of the front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was smaller than expected but had pretty much everything I needed. I had to be near the Eiffel Tower as I was attending a conference nearby and this was the best hotel I could find nearby in my price range. But it was still a little pricey. I found out that the French Open was starting that week and most hotels had already been booked. Bed was pretty comfortable.

The bathroom was also a little small, and there was no closet. But they did provide some exposed open wall unit where I could hang my clothes. I didn't have breakfast as I rushed out every morning to my conference where breakfast was provided, The bathroom could have a bit more shelf space to put my toiletries.

We absolutely love this hotel! This was our third stay here, and it continues to impress us. The location is pleasant, with charming cafés nearby, the metro just a short walk away, and the view from the window is something we’ve truly enjoyed every time. Every room we’ve stayed in has been spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. Even when we stayed near the Louvre once (which was a great experience), we found ourselves missing this hotel so much that we booked it for our final night in Paris! The staff is incredibly lovely, attentive, and welcoming, which adds to the overall charm. And we can’t ignore the unique vibes this hotel has—it’s truly special. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back again!

We stayed here for one week. We had 2 double rooms and a triple room. The design of the hotel is great. The beds are comfortable, the shower is a pleasure, great size for a relaxing shower after a long day in the rain. The reception area has a nice relaxing zone with some beverages and snacks. The room size is decent for Paris. The room was clean, not exceptionally clean, but clean for Paris standards. Many restaurants and shops near by. Metro and bus station at a decent distance. At the metro Convention there is a carousel 🎠 that is a big hit is you have kids. Everyday when it was opened the kid asked for a few rounds. Pastry shops everywhere 😍.

The breakfast is poor and not very tasty. There are no veggies. Some fruits, eggs, cheese and some ham. It is good for 2 days but not for more. The location is a bit far from the center but you can get there by metro. The walls of the room at the seventh floor, the last one, vibrates alot especially at night. Overall not too many complaints.

Staff were absolutely lovely and the hotel itself is very nicely styled and in a great location. We loved the local area and also the noise level was good, so black out curtains appreciated, great air con and got good sleep.

With it being Paris, the room was pretty tight and we were lucky to only have one big suitcase. Not sure where two would have gone. Felt it particularly in the bathroom where the shower would get everything a bit wet, as it was quite small and narrow. That was really the only thing, alongside lack of ironing board, due to others rooms taking them and not having sufficient spares to allow us to have one also. Only raise it because it was such a costly price due to the Olympics that little things like this do start to count. Value for money wasn't great primarily due to how high the daily night cost was during the period we selected, even though we booked 7-8 months in advance.

Back office communication is superb, fast response over booking and other information! Location of hotel is very good, Metro (M12) 400mtr walk, bus stop (62) just in front of hotel door, there is plenty of restaurant and shops around hotel even KFC/MacD just 500mtr walk from hotel, Eiffel Tower is not far from the hotel infect all the main tourist attraction is near by change use bus no 62 in front of hotel then change to bus no 30 within 15 min reach to Eiffel Tower, if you are good in walking it just 30/40 min walk 2.5km Hotel located in busy area and old district therefore as usual room size is small but sufficient as per Europe standard, bathroom has shower only, it would have been better if there was a glass enclosure in shower but slop is ok but not perfect Staff behaviour is good, checkin is very quick, there is no room service but reception is willing to help if there is any need Bedding is very soft, sheet & towel are clean, please note there is no headboard with bed be careful with your head if someone habit banging head while on bed have not taken breakfast therefore can't comment

Lighting in the room is not sufficient at all, someone with habit of good bright lighting will have issue here Bed is small may it not suite to tall person there is no headboard with bed

Location. Near pharmacy,shop, cafes and restaurants, public transportation. Clean and nice room, welcoming reception. And thank you a lot for a bottles of water! Also, very comfy bed, I was sleeling like a baby.

Well, it is not that I did not like,its more of an andvice to add body cream and hair conditioner to bathroom facilities, not all of travelers got these products with themselves. And everyone got 6 type of skin,so yes, for dry skin person or blond hair person(as me) it was a problem to live 3 days without conditioner and at the same time pointless to buy a bottle of it. But it is just an advice, this perhaps was only one thing that I missed.

Room quite spacious, nice decor, corner room so two windows, a lot of natural light. Decent sound proofing for windows, we were not disturbed by street noise. Location is great for those who are looking to be away from tourist trail, still very convenient to get to central Paris and close to amenities.

Bathroom needs a bit of an update - still very decent but the shower head kept turning to the wall instead of staying put. Water gets really really hot, so be careful not to burn yourself.

The shower was really good and the location was great. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast was perfect. There was a big selection of fruit, yoghurts and bread/pastries.

The staff on reception didn’t even greet us when we returned back to the hotel. When we arrived at first they barely spoke to us and just handed over the key card. I think that bit of customer service training would go a long way.
