The staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke good english. The family room was perfect for us; a family with 2 young teenagers with 2 separate bedrooms. The toilet was in one side and the shower in the other so not totally separate. The hotel was easy to find with good transport connections. The location is great with lots of restaturants on the doorstep. We didnt eat in the rastaurant so cant comment. Very nice shower too,

The room although tastfully decorated, was very dark. The decor was dark and the blinds/curtains blocked a lot of light. Not really an issue as we had no view. As britsh tea drinkers, the tea/coffee facilites lacked milk, so black only. A lack of plugs and short kettle leads meant moving the kettle around to boild water.

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel, and I will be back again because the experience is delightful every time. The staff is kind and helpful, and the hotel is situated at a nice neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Close to Gare du nord so transportation is very convenient.

Strangely the shower was in a fully transparent glass component in a corner of the room, which means your roommates can see you showering. There was a curtain, but it was very thin. So this room might not be for you if yo uare traveling with friends.

It was my first time visiting Paris, and I felt very good at this hotel! I was very close to all the attractions I wanted to visit; I recommend the restaurant near the Le Peletier metro station (it's 2-3 minutes from the hotel). Additionally, there was a direct metro line to the main areas of Paris. The hotel is very close to Montmartre, Galeries Lafayette, and the train station, with a direct line to Disneyland. The area is full of restaurants of all kinds (Italian, French, Asian, Turkish, etc.). The hotel also offers a very good buffet breakfast (croissants, pain au chocolat, omelets, fried eggs, bacon, cheeses, cold cuts, yogurt, various drinks, and natural juices, etc.). The room was cleaned daily without us having to request it, which was very nice. The receptionists were very kind and friendly. Overall, our stay was wonderful and magical, and we will definitely return to the same hotel.

I liked everything The room was hot at one point but we had great big sliding windows that we opened wide to let the air in The tv had no English speaking tv channels although we are in France and of course that’s fine but just saying as something to balance out all the amazing things about this hotel.

Location was very good and staff were super friendly.

I booked a room with a terrace but my room was on 1st floor and the terrace wasn’t what was pictured/advertised on booking.com when selecting the room. Had I known, I wouldn’t have booked and payed the extra monies required for that type of room as it was a disappointment. Also there are no ironing facilities - the hotel offers laundry and pressing service at additional cost but be aware this service isn’t available on the weekends!

Hotel room was nice and the shower was great. The staff was very nice and the location was in an area near multiple metro stations which made it easy to get around town.

The room does not have ac even though it was listed (it does have heat). Some aspects of the room are showing it's age, carpet was beat up and there were some tiles missing in the bathroom.

Out of 10+ hotels to choose from, this was most optimal. Reality exceeded expectations. There is enough space in the room for a couple and for a short trip. Comfortable large bed 180 by 220, pleasant bedding, air conditioner, you can't hear the neighbors and the street. It was very comfortable to sleep. The windows of the room looked out into the courtyard. The hotel offers good quality cosmetics. Breakfast is not much, but enough and tasty. Friendly staff. Good neighborhood - a lot o shops and restaurants. Metro is close.

Lovely, friendly staff greeted us when we arrived. Fantastic location. Very close to the main Western train station, Lazarre. Fantastic area from restaurants, and not too far from shopping. Walking distance also to gorgeous Montmartre.

Like most hotels in Paris, the room could have been a bit bigger. Then again, to go big, you really have to pay in Paris! Wheelchair facilities were good, though. As a wheelchair user, that's the number one thing.

Staff were extremely helpful right from the start to the finish of our stay from welcoming us in slightly earlier than the check in time to advice on how to get to various places /metro ect . rooms were very comfortable including the bed good shower and private toilet in the room, a drinks machine is provided in the downstairs lounge which is free for guests hairdryer, mirror ,and toiletries all provided all made for a comfortable stay, Overall we really enjoyed it and after a long day in Paris it was a nice place to come back and relax there is a tv but very limited channels for English speaking travellers but you don,t visit Paris for the TV . The TV is Bluetooth and will pair with your phone to stream music easily and there is a audio connection on the bedhead for a standard aux line to play music through . The rooms were compact but this appears to be the norm in Paris due to the limited space in the older buildings and everywhere appears to be the same unless of course you opt for a much much higher priced hotel to sum this hotel up we would most definitely stay again it did what a good Hotel does and made us feel comfortable and welcome throughout our stay

The interior is beautiful and it is spotless. The bathroom facilities were excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The property is very safe; the entrance is locked at 10pm and cannot be opened unless you have a room keycard. The hotel is quiet and calm.

The standard classic room is quite small, however it didn’t upset our stay.
