We really enjoyed our stay! The location is fantastic, with a view of the Montparnasse Tower, the metro nearby, and plenty of cafés around. The hotel has an elevator, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We were given a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise (possibly because we came to celebrate my birthday). The bathroom was stocked with Rituals products, including soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Overall, the room was very cozy.

However, there are a couple of downsides: the metro runs beneath the hotel, so occasional vibrations can be felt. Also, the door seemed to lack soundproofing, and we could hear everything happening in the hallway.

Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was great in Montparnasse. We really felt like we were living in Paris for a few days. It was nice to have the breakfast option in the hotel, and the host was very welcoming.The room was a good size and the windows opened which was a wonderful feature. We would definitely stay there again!

It was a little dark in the room, we could have used just a little more light and maybe an iron. The bathtub was a good size, but it was tough to have a shower without making puddles on the floor. Otherwise we loved the hotel.

Great location, close to Gare Montparnasse and the metro, lots of bistros and restaurants nearby so you don’t need to worry about where to go after a day of sightseeing. Our room (Deluxe) was spacious and clean, with a nice view of the street and Tour Montparnasse, and relatively quiet. Power sockets were available by each bedside. There is a lift that goes to 5th floor, although it is slow. Staff were quite helpful and friendly, and 24 hour reception is very convenient. Did not try the breakfast.

Initially we only got one towel per person for some reason, but staff gave us additional ones as soon as we asked. Also a note for future guests: there are rooms on the 6th floor but the lift only goes up to 5th, so be mindful of that fact when booking.

Great location, very friendly and accommodating staff, especially Alberto. He answered all the questions and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He helped us with a taxi to the airport.

Location is amazing, close to very good variety of restaurants and bars. The AC worked really well during the night and the staff was really helpful and friendly.

When we arrived the room was smelling as it has been closed for long time. Just by opening the windows it was solved.

Good sized room for Paris, very clean, comfortable bed and good location for transport links and eating out. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Shower over bath was awkward to get in and out as very high and location of sink made it difficult to manoeuvre in and out. Also slippery when wet so provision of a rubber bath mat would be beneficial. More teabags and milk! Provided when asked at reception but only one if each left in room but 2 mugs are provided.

We came to Paris, and chose to stay in this wonderful hotel and everything about this hotel really made feel that we were in the essence of Paris. There are good restaurants in the neighbourhood and we were pleased with everything.

Really friendly staff,especially Alberto. The location was perfect. Everything in the centre is literally in walking distance. The room was cleaned every day .

The room was a little bit narrow . There was a shortage of towels the one of the 4 days that we stayed.

I really enjoyed the location, lots of restaurants around, very close to the Montparnasse Tower and to transport. The bed is comfortable. And there is a baggagerie service.

The room is a little small for the price you pay, and our shower gel dispenser was completely empty for the two first days.
