The staff was amazing. Overall it was a good stay.

The drinking water supply was low. Providing 2 small bottles of water per day is not enough and frustrating especially in summer. The hotel should provide more water without asking each time.

The staff were all nice and accommodating. The location is fantastic, and the Cafe was excellent.

Housekeeping left dirty cups and empty bottles in our room. All they did was make the bed and move our toiletries around. Our shower leaked a lot and left puddles on the floor and the lights in the bathroom were controlled bu all the lights in the room.

the hotel is very nice, the building and the interior are gorgeous. the staff are friendly. location is superb!

1) sometimes you have to ask for an empty glass for water or a clean cup for coffee to the room. they take away while cleaning the room, but do not bring them again back to the room. so when you want a cup of coffee you find no cups. 2) breakfast is very nice, but the service sometimes is not due to probably lots of people and fewer staff. we see them very stressed and they discourage to ask them anything.

A lovely hotel. I had a Premier room with a great view of the Opera Garnier. Bed was very comfortable indeed. It was very clean and spacious. The bar area served light meals and was in a beautiful salon. Staff were attentive.

My only criticisms are that it took a long time to check in, and that the separate toilet in the room did not have a washbasin which meant you had to go back round to the bathroom to wash hands. But other than this an excellent hotel and I would definitely go again

we were kept waiting for our room until 5:00 pm even though check-in was 3:00pm.

- had a long email thread with the hotel team to arrange a surprise for my wife’s bday (flowers, champaign etc.). checked in and there was nothing in the rooms. they brought everything after me complaining at the reception. common for France, but hoped that such hotel would be an exception - saw mice (not one, three) running around the restaurant in the evening during our dinner. it seemed like the staff saw it but pretended it wasn’t there. again common for Paris, but still something that frightened kids - a bit too big pillows though very soft

Location perfect ,, big windows, high ceiling, classic decor, clean rooms nice furniture, good room service.

I took two king premium room, one of the room The view was inner courtyard which is I don’t like. The second room was smaller with balcony and a queen size bed, which is a small bed ! I expected as it written king size bed. The shower is too small in both rooms . There is a bathtub but there is no curtain or glass door ..

The hotel has a fantastic location and has a beautiful historical back story. Thanks to the central location it was quite easy to walk to a lot of the landmarks as well (if you don't mind lots of walking). Lots of brasseries, cafes within walking distance. The metro is close by as well though we didn't use that. If you are taking the Big Bus, there is a stop within 5 minutes walking distance of the Hotel. Taxis and ubers are easily available.

I absolutely love this hotel. It is in a beautiful location and the lounge and breakfast rooms are so opulent.

I reserved a balcony room. I have had beautiful rooms here before however this room was on the rooftop floor which seems to have narrower corridors and lower ceilings. The balcony was more of a small window space you happen to be able to step onto. I love Paris Le Grande but I would request rooms on a different floor. There are much nicer balcony rooms available. Don’t let this deter you. I absolutely recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, I cannot provide a review on the breakfast as I did not have the opportunity to try it. On the positive side, the location is excellent for shopping enthusiasts. I appreciate the thoughtful customer service, especially the mobile phone charging service, which was a nice touch.

However, there were some drawbacks. I noticed that some rooms had USB outlets, while others did not. The inconsistency in room features, such as size and available amenities, was a bit surprising. The hotel is quite large, and I found it easy to get lost at times. One notable issue was the small amenities in the room. For instance, the hairdryer desperately needs replacement, as it was nearly unusable during my stay. It would be great if the hotel could address these small but important details to enhance the overall guest experience.
