The staff welcomed us in a friendly way, showing to be professional and helpful. In the room I was glad to find a coffee maker and electric tea kettle and some typical biscuits . I loved the caramel fudge I found every day on our bedside table . I travelled with my daughter and we had a comfortable Superior twin room at the top floor as requested . Unfortunately we did not have time to use the sauna. The hall was small but elegant and cosy at the same time. The position of the hotel was ok, in a side street very close to the Madeleine Church (200 metres). Boulevard de la Madeleine (150 mt) where there is also a Monop to get done drinks and Mc Donald’s (useful if you’re travelling with a teenager) and many other shops , only about 400 metre from Galeries Lafayettes and the Opera and the picturesque Bd Haussmann . If you are using Tootbus , the stop is in Rue Auber at 300 mt and so is the Rer stop, whereas the underground is even closer at 200 mt. If you want to see the Tour Eiffel sparkling lights (from dusk on the hour for 5 minutes) remaining in the area, you can do so from Place de La Concorde : it is only a partial view but worth the walk .

I did not have breakfast there because it was a bit too expensive in my opinion so I preferred having crepes or croissants in the many creperies and cafes nearby . Nevertheless, I did not have a try so maybe the price is justified by quality and variety of the food offered .

Good pricing for the location that is within walking distance to Rue Cambon, Rue St. Honore, Galery Lafayette, Opera, Place Vendome, subway/ train station. The street where the hotel is located has many eateries and a mini market. A small establishment with helpful and friendly staff. The premise looks new and clean, and most importantly it has a lift! We got the big double-bed room. So it was ok for 2 people. Plus, the toilet bowl comes with an automated bidet with a touch-sensor controller panel!!! Unable to comment about the breakfast as we didn't book one with breakfast.

The mini fridge is not cold enough. There are restaurants along the street and if patrons hang around the streets to talk and laugh at night, it can be heard from the room as the windows face the street. Also, early morning when the dumpster truck/ road cleaner ( not sure which one as I didn't go to check) came. But it was bearable and not a show-stopper for my trip there.

The hotel is located in a great location, a short walk to the metro, bus stops, restaurants and bars and for generally walking around the city. Our room was gorgeous, spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable (very comfortable bed) with all the facilities such as coffee machine, fridge and TV. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. We absolutely loved staying at this hotel and will certainly stay here again when we return.

Very easy to reach all the important sites, whether by foot or by Bus/Metro; good breakfast with a good choice. Beds were comfortable. Nice the idea to separate the WC from the rest of the bathroom (2 separate rooms) and the integrated bidet in the toilet bowl. Very clean. Nice plus the sauna on the last floor. The staff was nice. Very quiet place.

I expected something bigger from a superior room; each time the room has been cleand, the air conditioning was set to a chilling 16 degrees. There was no possibility to turn it completely off: some air flow (even if not cold) was unavoidable, which can be annoying in the night. No restaurant/bistro on site (just the breakfast)

The hotel is beautiful, so well thought out, decorated magnificently. It feels really luxurious, in fact I can't believe how luxurious it feels given the price. The location is incredible. The staff were completely charming, and made us feel so welcomed and looked after. Me and my daughter were travelling alone and they made us both feel so welcomed. I feel so blessed to have stayed at this hotel. I really hope we can return soon.

Loved everything about it.

Perfect stay, location, super clean and quiet. We were 2 friends traveling together and asked for two single beds and we still had a good space in the room. Very comfortable. We could walk everywhere. When you need the metro, the Madeleine Station is right around the corner. Giovanna is lovely at the reception. She is super kind and caring. She helped us finding great shows during our stay in the city and gave us amazing tips for restaurants. Merci beaucoup Giovanna and all Le Relais Madeleine staff. A shout out to the housekeeping team. Our room were always super clean and tidy. Thank you guys! You’re super super great!

Everything was amazing, I really like to stay in “Le Relais”. Unfortunately the Madeleine location, my preferred one, was not available and we were sent to “St Honoré”. The property and staff over there were all very nice and the location was really nice too.

The only detail was that compared to Madeleine, St Honoré sound isolation was a bit less good. The windows were not thick enough so we could hear the outside noise. The cars sound doesn’t bother me much but the people yelling past midnight did wake me up once or twice. Same for the pipelines, I could hear the water from the shower room and toilet of the above floor.

Wonderful warm welcome, beautiful small boutique hotel, staff are fantastic, helped with information, dinner reservations etc. Beautiful room, larger than expected with lovely bathroom and spotlessly clean! Bed very comfy, and very quiet at night. Great location, few minutes’ walk to Madeleine, Opera Garnier, Gallerie Lafayette, lots of restaurants, bistros in area. About 15 minute walk to Louvre. Close to Metro but we didn’t need it, walked everywhere! A perfect location.

All the staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel was well located with plenty of eating places nearby and was handy for the metro. The rooms were quiet, the beds were comfortable and the buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.

I was staying with my wife and two teenage daughters for five nights at the end of a 17 day trip and we each had a large suitcase. We had one twin and one double room. Both the rooms were comfortable and the twin room was reasonably spacious for a hotel in central Paris, but we found the double room to be cramped with little storage space and nowhere suitable to put our cases.
