The location was excellent, conveniently located near lots of restaurants and bars in a lovely area. Also less than 5 minutes walk to a metro station. The area seemed safe enough too. We only had breakfast 1 morning but it was very nice, lots of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Prior to travel I asked to be in a room near my teenage children and they actually were able to accommodate us in adjoining rooms which was super and worked perfectly for us. There was 1 door from the corridor into a small lobby and the 2 bedrooms were off this meaning my children didn't have to go onto the corridor to get to our room which was great and added a level of security for us.

Overall, a very clean and comfortable room that was ideal for our stay in Paris. Good location for walking to many attractions and not far from metro stations for those further distances. There are many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Staff were friendly and Antoine who checked us in was very welcoming 😊

The location was unbeatable, there are so many good restaurants and wine bars right on your doorstep. A 15 minute walk from gare du nord, less than 5 minutes walk to multiple metro lines. It was excellent value for money. Comfortable beds and quiet.

No notes, maybe for some the room would be small but for us it was okay.

Great location - the nearest metro station was 5 minutes away. In addition to this, the hotel is located in a calm street, however, a great variety of restaurants, bakeries is available within 100 meters. The neighborhood felt safe. Staff had no issues with communication in English. Pretty good breakfast.

The room is rather small and the bed could definitely be a bit bigger to fit two people. The lift was not working which made some complications as my room was on the 6th floor.

Excellent hotel in a great location about half way between Gare du Nord and locations like The Louvre. Polite and attentive staff. Very clean room! Quiet, even with a fairly busy local nightlife. Excellent breakfast. Room is on the cosier side - but this isn't a negative at all; it was perfect for the two of us.

I did get the impression in the night that the aircon was collecting up someone smoking which was flowing into our room; but that may not be the hotel's fault, nor did it persist too long.

Room was clean, staff were lovely and very helpful. Location was pretty good too with plenty of public transport points nearby.

The tiny lift was a little bit questionable (kept scaring my mum how the doors suddenly open, and therefore giving me a few good laughs😂) but nothing major.

The location was excellent, but I did research the area first, especially as there are so may Mecure Hotels in Paris to chose from. The breakfast was really nice and staff were lovely. The room was clean, tidy and quiet, and the bed was comfortable.

Room was smaller than I expected from a Mercure. But the bathroom and shower was a good size.

Spacious entrance. Functional lift. Warm and inviting staff who were incredibly friendly with our baby, took time communicating to us, and had excellent restaurant recommendations

Slightly difficult navigating the stroller into the room due to the slight barrier. However, we were informed we could keep it downstairs if we wished

The location for us as a young couple was perfect as it was just outside the really touristy section of montmartre which meant good value food and quiet mornings. However, if you’re looking for views and connectivity it might be too much out the way for you. I personally loved the walk in shower, the bathroom was the main selling point by far.

We originally went to check in to a mercure on the same street, which turned out the be the wrong one. Maybe better sign posting or address would be beneficial for future guests.

The staff were super friendly! The rooms are quite small but they were decent and clean.room was cleaned everyday. But again a huge shoutout to the extremely friendly staff.

Maybe sizing of the room but it wasn’t much of an issue since we were here for a leisure trip and was barely in the room
