Our party of four rented a two-bedroom apartment on the sixth floor for five nights. Though pricier than we normally choose, we agree it was worth the cost, considering the amenities, the location, and the view. The staff was helpful and responsive to our requests. Our apartment was very roomy, with lots of light, spacious, and well-decorated. We had a washer-dryer combo in the kitchen, with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, tea kettle, expresso coffee maker, and lots of dishes and silverware. The beds were comfortable, and the view of the Eiffel Tower outside our window was mesmerizing. The apartment is on a quiet street near the ET, about a six-minute walk to the Bir Hakeim metro station line 6. There are many restaurants, markets, and shops on the same block or next blocks. There is a small 2-3 person elevator to all the floors, and a beautiful spiral staircase in case you decide not to wait for the elevator. We were able to leave our bags at the reception desk after we checked out so we could continue exploring the city before we flew home.

These are not complaints, but just be aware this is a beautiful turn of last-century Haussmann-style building with a small elevator which may necessitate several trips if traveling with a group with luggage. Also, our 2 bedroom apartment had one bedroom with a combination bathroom and toilet, while the other bedroom had a bathroom, but no toilet. This was located next to the kitchen.

Fantastic property. We have a family of 5 ( two 12 y/o’s and a 15y/o). Due to the small bed size in Europe , we couldn’t find 2 rooms in a hotel for all 5 of us. This property was wonderful. It’s a beautiful apartment 3 BR, 21/2 bath with full kitchen and washer and dryer which was perfect for our family! The Eiffel Tower is literally right outside our window . The location was superb- walking distance to so much of Paris if you have a little time.Nice safe neighborhood with a lot of restaurant options within walking distance. Uber and cabs were not hard to find.Metro nearby.

There is an elevator , but it can hold about 2 people and a carryon. We only had carryon luggage so it wasn’t a big deal to us , but if you have a lot of big luggage, it may take several times to get it to the room.

The location!! Steps away form the Eiffel tower . And we watched the twinkling of the Eiffel Tower lights at 10pm, 11pm and midnight from our family room and dining room windows/ balcony There were so many restaurants and shops nearby to get food !

It was dated inside. Beds were firm. Woke up sore every morning. The master bathroom in our 3 bedroom apt was tiny. no space for storage of bathroom supplies in bathroom. It was advertised that the apt had air conditioning. And we had a portable AC unit in each room , except our third room with bunk beds. So that room at night, even with the window open was warm. So that was frustrating. I requested a portable AC unit for the third room and was told they couldn’t supply one. I don’t know if that meant they didn’t have an extra one ? Or what?

I liked the charming architecture. The location was great! The park in front of the Eiffel tower was 1 block away, yet, our street was quiet. There were cafes, wine shops, small grocery stores all within walking distance. The exterior of the building was pretty with the flowers in the windows. Security was great and I liked the double front doors and the code to get into the building. The inside of the living room and dining room were sensational. The window/doors to the balcony with the view of the Eiffel Tower was the best!!! We could see the Eiffel tower light up at night! I liked the doors separating spaces in the apartment. The tall ceilings and crown moulding were lovely. The third toilet was very nice for a larger group. The dishwasher and washer and dryer were nice and were Bosch. The temperature of the apartment was easy to control. The blackout curtains were very nice and thick velvet.

The kitchen lacked charm and was very outdated. It needs new cabinetry. But that being said, it was functional. The microwave was hard to access, but we used it a lot. The glass table top in the dining room occasionally moved and felt unsafe, so I hope they improve that. The bedding in the Primary bedroom was just ok. The pillows were standard, rather than queen or king size. That being said, the unusual method of air conditioning, (by American standards) still kept us comfortable at night. The bathrooms were tight, but functional. Not luxurious.

Perfect location! We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. Watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle each night from our balcony was a highlight! Staff here are so very friendly and helpful. The man who checked us in was so fast and accommodating... he knew we were trying to make it to a scheduled tour and he was so understanding and helped us make it happen! The lady on desk gave me directions, called places for me to get answers to my questions, helped us with restaurants and suggestions and booked a taxi for us. This staff was the best we encountered on our trip. Apartment also had two kinds of coffee makers, coffee, a well equipped kitchen and space to spread out.

My only suggestion would be softer pillows.

The property was absolutely gorgeous, it had everything you would ever need for your stay. Clean, comfortable and the views of the Eiffel Tower were breathtaking. Everyone that worked there were lovely so helpful and kind and made our stay that more special. I booked this trip as a surprise for my Daughter’s 18th with my mother and mother-in-law , all the staff made them feel very welcome and looked after …But I need to mention how special Suzan was , she was a delight, from the moment we arrived we could not have had a lovelier welcome nothing was too much trouble and made us all feel very special, on the morning of my daughter’s 18th she sang happy birthday to the delight of my daughter and her grandmothers ❤️ …. when I travel to Paris again I will absolutely be coming to stay here not only for the breathtaking views of the iconic Eiffel Tower and how lovely the apartment was but for the way all the staff made us feel, especially Suzan ❤️ Thank you so much for making my daughter and my mothers feel so special 🙏🏼 and of course myself ……Merci beaucoup 🙏🏼

That it wasn’t mine!

Incredible location one block from the Eiffel Tower with awesome views of the tower right from your living room window. Our kids loved having their own rooms and we loved having the extra space. We took advantage of the washer/dryer, wifi, and nice tv's. Great location which allowed us to walk to most of the touristy places. There are also some very nice restaurants within 8-10 minute walk. A fresh espresso while enjoying the morning view of the Eiffel Tower was a trip highlight for me. We loved staying at this wonderful boutique hotel.

Loved every bit of it.

The location you cannot beat- absolutely stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. The rooms were big and clean. Well serviced.

Small touches slightly let it down. For example, minor decorative issues that had not been rectified. Especially as a £500 deposit is taken, and you feel you have to photograph the issues, so this damage is not attributed to you. The sofa bed was quite creaky with 2 people on it. There was quite a lot of noise from the apartment above, but that is partly due to the nature of the building.

The location was perfect. It had the most amazing view of the Eiffel Tower as well as the city. It is within walking distance of restaurants, shops and cafés.

The building itself is outdated and the beds were very hard. The elevator is so small that it only fit 1 person and 1 suitcase at a time. It was quite a challenge to get a family of 7 up and down from the 7th floor with our bags.

The location was fantastic and the apartment was absolutely gorgeous. Very spacious and well equipped. View of Eiffel Tower was awesome
