Friendly staff and good-sized rooms. The hotel has three buildings, with the main one housing reception and lobby. Free water fountain was a nice touch. Lift is very small (2 with luggage, 4 without). Tax included in the booking price, which was clear and convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay.

During our first stay the AC wasn’t working, so the room was very hot. Thankfully, the staff were friendly and helpful — they checked our room and offered to move us. Although it was late (around 10 pm) and we had to switch to another building, the issue was resolved and overall the experience was satisfactory.

Comfy beds ,nice staff ,close to restaurants and the view from balcony was gorgeous ,we could see the Eiffel Tower looked amazing all lit up at night

It said on Booking .com there is an airport shuttle ,there is not .It also said wine available at extra charge ,there was no wine ,snacks,bar or vending machine .When I asked at reception they said they used to offer snacks but not any more .There are 2 mini markets however close by to buy whatever you need .If you are not very mobile the lift is tiny ,just in case you might need a wheelchair ,we folded the wheelchair so my son and husband could get in lift together .

The location of the hotel is great. You have several bars and restaurants, laundromat and supermarket all in 2 minutes of the hotel. Moulin Rouge is around a 2 minute walk or you can take a little further stroll Montmartre.

The only issue we had were with the room keys. They are VERY sensitive to being rendered inoperable. I kept them away from my phone, from other credit cards as per the staff's advice (never had this problem at other hotels) and we had to have the cards redone 2/3 times over the few days we were there

Location. Cleanliness. The room was larger than expected. The bed was larger than expected.

The lady at reception who checked us in wasn't particularly helpful or friendly. She didn't make me feel that she wanted to help with anything to enhance my stay. She did her job in that she checked us in ok, but didn't offer to help with any questions or make me feel welcome in any way. Then when we walked by her at reception during our stay she seemed to reluctantly say bonjour. I really enjoy people who make you feel welcome and want to help you get the most from your stay. The fridge in our room smelt when opened and it got extremely hot that the unit and items placed on the unit got warm too. The lift was extremely small, it says it can accommodate 4 persons but I wouldn't want to try that.

The hotel is located near the metro and also within walking distance to some of the main attractions. We were on the 4th floor in room 4stand really happy with cleanliness and comfort of the beds. The front desk staff were so helpful and accommodating. Always happy to help and provide the best advice. We were a little cold in the room and they provided us with an electric heater. Unfortunately the weather was cold and rainy at the end of spetember ahadan unexpected snap of cold weather.

The only down side is lack of ventilation in the bathroom which gets a little steamy but apart from that everything else was great.

They really need to have instructions on how to get into the hotel because some maps (including the uber app) will take you to the front where you can’t enter, I don’t know how many times we walked around the block. The back entrance seems like you shouldn’t be entering there but you do, once that was sorted it was all smooth sailing from there. Nice staff, good room, beds were okay but it’s just for sleeping! Great value for money for sure, location is fab - super close to the moulin rouge

Room - 2 bedroom suite with comfortable beds, ample storage and a balcony view of the Eiffel Tower. Location - Perfectly situated in Montmartre, just around the corner from the Moulin Rouge. Restaurants, bars and convenience stores on the same street and a 3 minute walk to the Metro Station. Staff - Friendly and welcoming. Breakfast - Continental breakfast with decent range of options for food and drink. Dining area well laid out with ample space and nice decor.

A clean, tidy hotel in a very convenient location in the heart of Paris, within easy walking distance to the Moulin Rouge, Palais Garnier and a multitude of local bars and restaurants. The hotel is conveniently located equidistant between Gare du Nord and Gare Saint Lazare - about 20 min walk to either. Very friendly and helpful staff. A fantastic breakfast with a good selection of English and Continental food.

One minor item (a cupboard) in the room was broken. The entrance to the Hotel reception is in an alleyway (security gated) and steps within can be slippery in the wet.

breakfast was great for europan people .. we really liked it.. bathroom was very good. room was very clean and everday they cleaned the room and change the bed clothes. wifi / internet works very good. hotel is very near to metro / train station. workers was very helpfull and they have good at speaking english lang.

there was not phone in the room. tv has only french channels - there is no any music channels on tv.

The location was excellent - very close (200mtrs) to the metro and Moulin Rouge- hotel protected by security gates. The room was a good size - very clean, very comfortable and well equipped. Staff were always very friendly and keen to help. The breakfast had a good choice of basic fare. No hesitation recommending the hitel - we would definitely stay there again.
