The room is huge compared to others in Paris. The air conditioning was also very good and you were able to regulate it. The staff was wonderful!!! Thank you to Marie Claire who was always willing to help me find my way around Paris I was able to open the window and look down at a nice cafe across the street. There are plenty of places, walking distance including a small grocery store. The elevator was wonderful to have.

The hotel is located on a quiet street and in a very good neighborhood. There are metro stations nearby, which connect to all parts of the city and popular tourist and touristic places. The nearest station, Sint Placide, is a few minutes' walk away. In addition, there are many good restaurants nearby and a popular shop selling the finest Amorino ice cream. There is also a large supermarket at the end of the street. The hotel staff is generally courteous, professional and very helpful, the level of cleanliness throughout the hotel is high, the room was clean and well-equipped, comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast was varied and delicious, the atmosphere throughout the hotel is good and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel for 6 nights, we would be happy to return in the future. Highly recommended.

We loved everything.

The staff were very nice and attentive. The hotel was beautifully decorated, and the rooms had good size. Wifi was good but not outstanding, good enough to make a videocall with no interrumptions. It was very central al close to all the stores like zara.

The GYM area really needs an update. The bands were all destroid and the equipment really needed some meintnance.

The property is in a great location, close to metro station, good places to dinner and stores. The property is very nice, well maintained and all the staff are kind and helpful, specially Apolonia, Patrick, Fanta and Nina :-). The breakfast is very good with a good variety of options. The rooms are comfortable, and silent, the beds are big and the rooms size we’ve stayed are within paris standard. Housekeeping were very tiddy. Would definetly come back but maybe choose a bigger room.

I loved the property, the location was great, in a quiet street but just one street off all the shops and cafes you need. The interior is beautiful and furnishings lovely throughout.

Perhaps updated equipment in the gym.

after reading some reviews just before our stay, I was a little anxious about the size of the rooms and location but we had nothing to worry about. we stayed in a basic double and our son in a twin for 3 nights. both rooms and bathrooms were lovely. the location was also good - close to some wonderful restaurants near montparnasse (le relais & le coupole/American bar). we walked to musee d’orsay in 20 mins & saw so many examples of the city’s famous cafe culture. we hopped on the metro for the Eiffel Tower (about 10 mins) and eventually for gare du nord (15 mins) so the location in a big city was very good. staff were friendly - especially Areski on reception. our son really enjoyed being able to reserve the gym for private use too.

bar staff were the only staff that weren’t all that friendly. a shame since it didn’t encourage us to want to linger there. we were a little surprised that when we reported someone coming into our room at 4pm saying they were “cleaning”, the hotel reception were blasé. all the rooms on our floor were cleaned in the morning and when I checked the corridor, there was no cleaning trolley; the same person had attempted to enter our son’s room too. reception suggested that the person may have wanted to drop off a ‘package’ for the room but that wasn’t the case, they left nothing outside and said nothing about any package. we would have thought that the hotel would have wanted to investigate this but we were told that it would be left as a message for a colleague.

A wonderful experience for a birthday trip. We were looked after exceptionally well with a magnificent view of the Eiffel Tower from our room and some lovely added touches on arrival. A wonderful breakfast each morning looked after by Fanta and Nina making sure we had everything we wanted and needed. Everything was fresh and replenished well. Organized taxis by the guys at reception and very helpful with looking after our luggage on the last day as we had a late flight. We’ll definitely be back! Perfect location and service

Stayed here for six nights. The hotel is on a quiet street with very little traffic. Room was very spacious and comfortable with lots of closet space and an in-room Nespresso maker. This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the Gare du Montparnasse which was very convenient for the day trips we took from there. The breakfast buffet had lots of options; pastries, eggs, meats, cheeses, fruits, yogurt, etc. The Seine, Louvre, Tour Eiffel were all about a 30-minute walk away. Staff was very helpful with the room when we decided to stay a couple of extra nights.

It would be nice if the bar offered snacks of some kind since there is no restaurant in the hotel. Fortunately, there is a cute cafe right across the street. Also, we didn't find out until the night before we left that they have a limited spa facilitiy including a sauna and massage. There were no signs anywhere that we saw or information in the room.

Beautifully decorated. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Check in/Check out process. The reception area and staff greeting needs some work. Only 1 staff member was friendly and accommodating. She was helpful in our check out process. The gentleman that checked us in wasn’t very friendly and seemed a little confused at times. We assumed that he might be new and had patience. The other staff members seemed as though they couldn’t be bothered with guests. There seemed to have been a few hotel staff/managers on site hanging out on their laptops in the reception area but none would greet guests or be concerned whenever a guest was present. Thank heavens for the lovely lady who checked us out.
