Large quiet room on the ground floor so easy to get to once you were in the hotel proper. Free private secure parking was nice, especially as the area itself appeared more industrial than residential.

Many stairs up to the lobby, there may have been a lift but it wasn't obvious. My son's room was at the front of the hotel and there are bright lights on the fencing outside that were on all night and shone straight into his room. Obviously the curtains helped but didn't completely block the light. In mine and my partner's room when he tried to sit up in bed in the morning the bed frame broke under him. They offered to move us but we didn't bother as we were checking out that morning anyway. They also offered us a free coffee as compensation as we were leaving but we didn't have time to stop and none of us drink coffee anyway.

Good hotel, quiet and comfortable. Big rooms, full of amenities. My room was like a small apartment, with also electric stoves, fridge, coffee machine, dishes and so on, good for a long stay.

In my opinion the superior rooms contain design errors. The rooms are divided in 2 floor: in the lower floor there is the kitchen and restroom, on the upper floor there is the bed. The air conditioned is located between the 2 floors. The warm air goes up and cold air goes down. So, it means that in the kitchen Is always very cold and bedroom Is always very hot…. and there is only a small porthole (but in the kitchen there is a small balcony). So in this terrible hellish extra warm summer, is hard to sleep in this situation; maybe is better to sleep in the kitchen in the armchair. So it’s necessary to orient the air conditioning openings upwards to cool the bedroom.

Room is OK, cleanest of tthe room on the high level, new silent freedge of minibar.

Breakfast, I expect 4* continental breakfast, on the breakfast missing vegatable, juice was terrible that was not juice just some cheap concetrate in water. If you want bacon you have to go maximun in at 7:10. The touste machine: 2 times you need send bread througt conveyor and distance beetween them must be minimum 5 cm, I had around 2cm and almost machine and hotel burned. Coffe automat: missing holder for small cups, in case of using small cup, your throusers will be whole of coffe, the angle of nozzle is really strange.

Staff - Alison was outstanding, a friendly welcome on arrival, everything explained, couldn't fault anything. The icing on the cake was understanding we had over slipped (bed was way to comfortable) Alison was back on duty and offer to make us a coffee while we checked out - may seem like a small gesture but it elevated our experience with Best Weston to outstanding. Outside of the hotel was a little run down

Quiet and clean room with a beautiful view of the sea. For breakfast, we had a choice between cheese, eggs, ham, delicious pastries and viennoiseries. The staff was always smiling and attentive, ready to make your stay as pleasant as possible. In the evening, the restaurant's menu was simple, and the dishes were well prepared.

Pleasantly surprised by the room. Very clean, spacious, bathroom decent size. Basically everything you need for a great night is there.

Location is not good. It seems it is in some kind of industrial zone, all around the hotel, not good sight. Hotel is outdated, like it's stuck in the 90s. That's why I was pleasantly surprised by the room. It didn't look promising from outside.

the staff let us check in super earlier!! we arrived to Torino super early for a wedding that day, so the staff let us check in very early so we have time to rest a bit and prepare for the wedding… this was something that only on an ultra luxury property they will do… plus they didn’t charge us for it. very impressed.

Not Air Conditioning. Not because of the hotel decay but seems to be a regulation in Italy to save energy (that’s what we were told) so ok. The location was not ideal if you want to stay close to the Center of Milan, but it was perfect for the wedding location.

The staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The parking felt secure

There was a problem with our bathroom, which was unfortunate but not the fault of the hotel staff. We were not early for breakfast and by that time the egg was cold and sloppy and the bacon was cold and rock hard. This is often the case in hotels. The non-cooked element of the breakfast was fine.

Well-maintained property with good parking, excellent access to the metro station, and nice breakfast buffet.

The room could use a bit of an upgrade - facilities a bit dated. We weren’t able to regulate the temperature and it got too hot in the room to sleep at night.

In general, everything is fine. Service is good and the staff is polite and friendly can speak on my native language which is very pleasant, reply quickly, ready to help

The fridge in the room could be bigger and work properly. As a suggestion could be set up swimming pool and gym.
