Great view, very roomy space, and room was very clean.

All but one of the staff were very friendly. I was in the game room when a kid won a prize from a claw machine but it didn’t fully drop because the tag snagged on the edge. The parents went and got an employee who said that it wasn’t a win and refused to give the child the prize. The parents did their best to advocate for their child. However, the worker adamantly refused to give the child his deservedly won prize. My daughter and I were shocked as at other occasions with similar circumstances other places all opened the machines and handed the persons the prize. I felt a little concern that there was a possible bias towards this particular family because of where they were from. I just felt it wasn’t handled in the best way and reflected badly on the hotel.

Upon arriving we were treated with respect and patience. The people spoke English very well which was helpful, because we spoke no Japanese. The breakfast buffet was amazing and we were able to use our status as Hilton members to pay for two of the breakfasts. Facilities were clean and our requests for ocean view rooms was honored. We only had to walk across the street to catch the monorail to both Disneyland and DisneySeas.

Our only frustration were the pool hours. The pool was open daily from 10-4. This was changing after June 30, but it was warm enough to use the pool after a day at Disney.

The close proximity to Tokyo Disneyland as there was a free shuttle bus with the hotel that would get you there. There is also a cafe downstairs and their main buffet breakfast and dinner reataurant as well. Also a few different shops like another Cafe bakery, Lawson's convenient stores if you didn't feel like heading out. The resort is quite far away but good enough if your heading to Disneyland or need a few days at a resort. The only issue is paying a fee to use a pool which i thought was ridiculous.

Paying a fee to use the pool- what kind of hotel or resort does that?! That's why families and kids use! That's why no one used the pool! Also their massage services are quite expensive for what they offer- you rather go to the Sheraton next door if you want a massage or nice facial.

We loved the location, the breakfast, the room, the bus from the Monorail to the hotel (the distance is like 5 minutes by foot but after a day in Disneysea you are soo tired that you appreciate the bus) For our first time visiting Japan, this hotel made sure that we have a great experience. You have a Lawson downstairs, a Disney store in case you forget to buy something :D and a small place where you can get pizza.pasta and sandwiches.

Front desk was very responsive! They upgraded my stay, kept me informed of shuttle timings, gave me access to the garden pool and also helped me with luggage storage until departure. The staff also guided us how to get some shopping done on the flday of departure, using their free shuttle to and from Maihama statation where there’s a mall.

No complaints! Water service needs walking to a designated area, but for sustainable reasons.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Yamaji who checked us in! She really set the tone for our stay, which was wonderful. My husband and I stayed with our 3 teenagers to go to DisneySea, and we were pleasantly surprised by the space, cleanliness, and ambiance. It was so convenient to get to Disney as well. We would definitely stay here again when we’re in the area!

Paying for the kids to swim…..understand it’s the local way yet still find fascinating it costs $100 to use the pool

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Close to Disneyland and one monorail stop front Disney Sea. Complementary bus to the station every 20 minutes. As a solo traveller I would recommend

Nothing to complain about

We had a beautiful and large room overlooking the bay. Everything was clean and staff helpful. We also could book a late checkout. It is just a 3 minute walk to the Disney Resort Line and there was also a free shuttle to it.

the breakfast was good but would recomend to change every now and then.
