The close proximity to Tokyo Disneyland as there was a free shuttle bus with the hotel that would get you there. There is also a cafe downstairs and their main buffet breakfast and dinner reataurant as well. Also a few different shops like another Cafe bakery, Lawson's convenient stores if you didn't feel like heading out. The resort is quite far away but good enough if your heading to Disneyland or need a few days at a resort. The only issue is paying a fee to use a pool which i thought was ridiculous.

Paying a fee to use the pool- what kind of hotel or resort does that?! That's why families and kids use! That's why no one used the pool! Also their massage services are quite expensive for what they offer- you rather go to the Sheraton next door if you want a massage or nice facial.

Staff so polite and they have a free shuttle bus to Maihama station.. the hotel room so cute and magical for little one.. magic mirror and big toy key to make some effect . My child love to play it all the time . The bed so comfy and the view from the window is so beautifull.. sea view and you can see the Fuji Mountain if the weather is clear

Altough im already booking for include breakfast.. they said that my kid not include for breakfast! So i have to pay 2600 Yen per day for my kid breakfast.. my kid is 5 years old and they still charge for full prize.. i already argue with them that i should get include breakfast even for my kid (exactly like my booking). but they insist that its booking.com fault.. well that quite ruin the mood for breakfast.. oh and the breakfast food have a lot of variant but none of them really have good taste.. its so so taste only.

Hilton was great, it’s one of the stops for the Narita airport limousine bus, shuttle buses are provided to Maihama and Bayside station for easy access to Disneyland and DisneySea. It’s actually right across the road from Bayside station which is one stop away from the DisneySea station. Lobby has a play area and Disney movies showing on screen for the kids and step stools are provided in the lobby toilets and rooms for easy access for the kids! Room was big enough to accommodate 4 beds for us and the 2 kids. A Disney store and 2 Lawson in the lobby area as well !

Breakfast variety could be improved or rotated as it was the same across my 3 days but food was ok

The Tokyo Bay Hilton is the best value for a Disney partner hotel there. Excellent rooms, a shuttle to the monorail to access the parks and the gateway station to connect with the JR Keio Line. The rooms are large and the beds are not stiff as you would find in some hotels in Japan. For after hours food, they have not one, but TWO Lawsons covnience stores on property. Another cute feature, if you can fit in them, are the pajamas for a family of four Asian sized folks.

The dining hours are very regimented. If you sleep in, you'll miss breakfast. Stay at the park until closing, you'll miss dinner.

Location is excellent if you’re visiting tokyo Disney. Our kids (ages 5, 2, 2 months) loved the Magic family room. Great breakfast selection. Convenient shuttle service to monorail runs every 6 minutes. 24/7 Lawson located in the lobby was perfect for late night snacks. Check in and check out process was quick and easy.

Beds were not comfortable. Elevators were a little slow. Laundry room is a bit small considering the size of the hotel. ¥500/load to wash and ¥200/15 min to dry. The drier machine was terrible. My clothes were not anywhere near dry after being in the machine for 45 minutes. I ended up hanging all my clothes throughout my room to air-dry overnight.

The location of the hotel was fantastic and only 5 mins from the metro station. It only took either 5 mins journey to get to Disney Sea or around 10 mins to Tokyo Disneyland. We had to pay for the metro but it wasn't a lot of money and we bought a 4 day ticket. The room in the hotel was bigger than I expected and we were 4 adults that shared a room (4 ind beds). We have adult children who came with us. The food in the hotel for take away was very good and the convenience store that was there was always filled up and had plenty of stock.

Big room for family of six. Cute theme without being over the top. Gorgeous bay view. Easy walk to Disney monorail station. Nice breakfast buffet. Disney store and Lawson downstairs were very handy. Check in and check out were easy. Nice play area for the kids right by the front desk. Staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. All of the ones we interacted with spoke English, which was very impressive.

Not enough drawers to unpack clothing for three night stay. On-site parking was reasonable, but very few spaces were left when we were there, which was not during a peak season/holiday. This would worry me if we were returning.

Affordable spacious family room. Location is within walking distance to Bayside station. They have complimentary shuttle buses to both Bayside & Maihama stations. Can book airport express bus from the hotel. The sea view from our room is perfect! We could see Mt Fuji. Excellent customer service prior to our stay. They replied emails promptly, good command of English. There is a cafe, bakery and Lawson. Easily can find food within the hotel. Didn’t try their restaurants though

The room is quite old. We had to wait very long to take the lifts during peak timings as the hotel is very big & crowded during our stay in Dec.

buffet was overpriced restaurant wish we knew how much it was before we ate. We booked our stay at the wrong time if your gonna have 4 different school groups make sure you put them in rooms away from regular guest both nights we had to listen to giggling teenagers / thumps and bumps through the walls obviously making tiktok atleast I hope 👀 up until 3am in the morning and the lines for the lifts are absolutely chaos no matter what time you try to go up surely another lift. also definitely pack ear plugs they sell some downstairs at Lawson
