I enjoyed the full gym and warm pool and lounge area! All issues with the restaurant were resolved by the time I left.

The restaurant didn’t communicate well with the hotel staff. Every time I went into the restaurant, I had some problem like not having drinks included with meal and having breakfast included and trying to get me to pay again or having anything eaten on the club level which I thought that was part of the reason you pay extra for the club level. Location is only good for the expo, if you’re not going there, stay in the city center, more places to eat, see, and mass transit.

Breakfast cost 480MXN very delicious, people in restaurants very friendly.

I have a room but inside have a connection door to next room, quite annoyed if next room is talking or even flush toilet. I reflect t the front desk, they change room for me. Be careful if you are sensitive to the voice and have this type of room.

The location and the staff are fantastic. The restaurant offers excellent dinners at late hours (+9 p.m.). The coffee shop and bars inside the premises are a great plus.

The hotel is a bit old, and there is no chance of early check-in. People at the reception desk mostly chat between them and do not pay too much attention to the guests in line.

The price/value is unbeatable. Location is perfect. Finally a really comfortable mattress. Proper parking, food was great. One of many hotels where I can say - just perfect.

Possibly the only thing is having to take a ticket and give a ticket every time I entered or left the Parking garage. Should be automatic with a card. But to be honest this hotel is so good for the money you pay it really didnt matter at all.

I REALLY liked this hotel! Everything was easy - fast check-in, great restaurant options, bar, pool - the service was so FAST - the rooms were nice and had everything I needed. I would definitely stay again!

The views of the city are amazing. The Hotel is very nice itself with upscale style. Staff is friendly and knowledgable. Location is perfect if you go to the Expo. The restaurants operate until late night.

Extra charge for parking. The pool was nice and the staff mentioned in check-in it was open until 10 pm but the maintenance staff interrupted us staying they hay to close at 9 pm due to some renovation works. Our room seemed a bit dated. For the rate I would expect a renovated room.

The services at the restaurant are very low, and the wait time is very long. When you take a seat, you have to wait a lot for someone to bring you the menu. This was at the Los Cristales Restaurant.

It is clean and confortable place. Staff was helpful and warm. 1 min. walking distance from expo center. Good location.

My room shower tap broke down and I had to change the room. Not enough egg options at the breakfast.

It has an exceptional location, great amenities, extraordinary city view, the pool was at the right temperature, the service by staff was amazing and the people there were respectful, the live music in the Reforma Uno restaurant was beautiful.

Nothing from my side, just the restaurants can offer a more diversed menu, maybe a vending machine for drinks can be cool in the pool area.

The place was gorgeous. The bed was amazing! Wifi was super quick.

Very strict with check in. I arrived at 11 and they didn’t let me check in and immediately asked me they would charge 500 pesos for early check in. They didn’t even check if they had any rooms available. What a shame.
