The situation next to the sea

No towel racks in the bathroom. Ordered fruit salad for breakfast which would contain 4 different kinds of fruit but in the end only had 2 kinds of fruit. The entrance had a staircase but no ramp for disabled people.

Amazing ocean view from the pool terrace. The rooms are alright but they need a bit of renovation. We had a lagoon view king bedroom, which was actually directed to a parking lot.. The sheets were clean and very soft. The bathroom needs renovation: the shower tends to flood. We did not try the restaurant, only had a coffee there that needed about 30 min preparation… The pool bar was okay, we had a margarita and a piña colada looking at the ocean. The view again was amazing

From jason& Julie Room 5059 During our stay at the Cyan Cancun Resort and Spa, we had fantastic Sea view from our balcony. What can I say? Location, location ! The staff are fantastic super friendly helpful a real credit to the hotel ! we also had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional bar service at the hotel lobby, both guys were brilliant we did receive outstanding service from Fernando. From the moment we approached the bar, Fernando was not only attentive to our needs but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. He ensured we were well taken care of, offering great recommendations and making sure our experience was memorable. His professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend seeking out Fernando for top-notch service – he truly enhanced our experience at the resort

The the property is in need of a refreshment on some of the fittings within the rooms for example there are damage fittings in the bathroom tiles that need replacing doors that have been forced and poorly repaired. The door to the balcony was a mission to get open in need of replacement.

The pool

The showers had waters that did not flow normally to the hole . As a result there were some stable water. There were only two plugs available.

I enjoyed the view (we had a room at the 3th floor over the pool and the sea). My girlfriend liked the essentials they had (the shower gel smelled really good and it contained natural ingredients). The bed was huge and comfortable. We slept really well. We also appreciated the towel service for the pool and the quick access to the beach. The food from the restaurant was acceptable and pretty tasty, but the green juice was afwul.

When we arrived it has been told to us that the hotel doesnt have heat. Only air co with cold air. Luckyly the covers were warm enough. The wind was blowing through the closed window. The staff at the restaurant was rude, asking why we dont leave tip. The pool furniture wasnt so clean as expected.

The view ,the beach ,the pool ,the bed, the tub , it was really nice and quiet as well .

They did not give us drinking water after the two little bottles on arrival I had thought they would give us drinking water everyday . Not really a big deal as there is a OXO across the street but necessary to brush teeth so a little inconvenient .

Amazing hotel to relax in front of the beach. We loved the infinity pool, the atmosphere is nice and the staff was friendly and helpful with lots of recommendations. It’s practical to visit the city of Cancun by taking the bus near the hotel.

Wifi was unavailable in the room. Only in the shared areas.

The property has great amenities, the pool is nice and clean and the ocean right in front of it for a very fair a good price in the comparison by my area

When we first arrived there’s was some liquid spilled in the restroom floor, we really don’t make a big deal out of it. Elevator could improve, the device people I encountered in my stay was pretty good and helpful. They will try to sell you or help you finding activities if you’re interested. You cannot table towels out which I didn’t know and made me go back to my room and made me lose my tour.

The view was incredible and the bed was comfortable and the pool was amazing and the beach was pristine. It would have been great to have coffee in the rooms and a mini bar that was more full of options.

The gentleman working handing out beach towels on Tuesday morning October 31 was not very helpful or friendly. Every other interaction I had with staff was excellent.
