Location is good although in the entire hotel zone location is good (shops and restaurants everywhere) so doesnt really make a difference to other hotels in terms of location but still... its a plus. Staff were very very kind and adorable!! At the end of my stay the staff at the bar knew exactly how i like my morning coffee and they made it perfectly. Food in the restaurant is ok and good value for money (kalamari 12 dollars tacos 15 dollars, etc), has its own part of the beach and externals have to pay to get access which makes it less crowded, i was there end of april whixh is end of season so i dont know how crowded it is during peak season

Furniture is old and outdated and broken. Usually when there is a lot of moist (typically for tropical destinations) the hotels and furniture outdate much quicker due to nature so this is not really fault of the owners of the hotel but still ... however there were broken things in the room which could be fixed by the owners - the windows didnt open and close properly it was very very difficult to open and close every time, the safe in the closet didnt work and they had to change it, bed pillows were too fluffy and big and not comfortable(they didnt have other types of pillows), a lot of people from the staff didnt speak english but this is manageable

Perfect location at the beachfront. We shared a room with 4 people. The bathroom was a bit small but the room in general was spacious. We had the most amazing beach view. There is a security in front of the drive in and you couldn’t enter without a wristband. We felt safe all the time. You get free pool and beach access with beach beds and towels. I would definitely recommend staying in the hotel for a few days.

The music at the Beach/ pool area was extremely loud. Even if we loved the kind of music it was annoying because we had to scream at each other in order to understand us.

The location is excellent. The infinity pools are beautiful and the private section of beach and free bean bags, umbrellas and sun loungers, make this hotel an ideal spot for relaxing during the lovely sunny days. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was large enough for the three of us staying there but it lacked furniture. The fitted wardrobe was in the bathroom, which although strange, was not an issue, as there was enough space for our clothes. The main room itself had plenty of space for a chest of drawers or a dressing table and chair, which would have been helpful to make the stay more comfortable. A table and a third chair on the balcony would also have been nice, as this prevented us spending any time on the balcony to admire the lovely views together. Although the hotel is well used by a mixed age group and had a very relaxed atmosphere, this was a bit spoilt all day by the very loud music blasted out by multiple speakers by the pools and beach all day.

I really liked the location of the property. The infinity pool and the short distance from the sunbeds to the beach were great, especially since the beach is narrow, making the ocean easily accessible. The restaurant by the pool was excellent, and having two pools was a bonus: one with lively music (quite loud) and another quieter one for relaxation. The surf school on-site was a cool addition, and the simple spa service—offering massages from an older, untrained but effective masseuse—was a nice touch. The prices were very reasonable for the area, and the hotel’s location was convenient, being under 3 km from the shopping mall (although shopping is not the main focus during a beach vacation). The staff was very polite and attentive.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like, but at times the music was quite loud, and the DJ didn’t seem to do much other than play tracks. It felt like the hotel hasn’t fully settled on a clear concept or vibe that suits its audience.

Water pressure

We stayed for a couple nights and really enjoyed our stay. The staff was really nice, we had a big room with an absolute stunning view of the ocean. The hotel seems a little run down (water stains in the bathroom, sliding doors hard to open/close, but it was spacey and absolutely fine. We really liked the pool, there were always sunbeds available. Also, the hotel is easily accessible from the airport plus it‘s only a short walk to a big supermarket and the ferry to the islands.

The music on the left pool was very loud (in our opinion).

The view the beach the area is very nice and beautiful

Reception lady was not friendly at all and we were supposed to get water bottles every day but we haven't received any. We ask if we could get a microwave we only had a small fridge nothing else not even coffee maker but she just said no . I fell on the premises due to the cleaners who spilled water on the floor outside the lobby they saw me and just turn away . A stranger came to help me. I went in and ask for bandaid they told me they don't keep a first aid kid I must go and buy. I was so upset

The pools are nice and clean, relative to other pools we have seen in Mexico. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The poolside room can get loud so not ideal for a young family but convenient and great for others. The location is on the beautiful beach and also a short walk to all the action of cancun night life. We stayed for one night with teenage kids and it was perfect.

Loud dance music at the pool starts at breakfast. The food is expensive but it was delicious and convenient. Our door didn't lock at first but the front desk sent someone to fix it.

Amazing beach and pool, beautiful room with balcony and good air conditioning. Housekeeping was very good and food and drinks reasonably priced.

Elevator is always busy with either staff doing housekeeping and only one works so being able to climb stairs in extreme hot and humid temperature is a must. A lot of children in the pool I don’t mind and even enjoy it but could understand that it’s an issue for many since they were quite unruly and loud. Facilities are in need of many repairs and lots was going on while we were there. Also quite close to huge clubs like Coco Bongo and music was extremely loud especially some nights was hard to sleep and went on until 6am.

Room was clean with an amazing view, AC worked perfectly, restaurant had a good breakfast and the pool was clean, refreshing and also good for pictures! :)
