The staff was nice and when I messaged them they replied fast. It was in a great location and good value for the money . The theme of fashion , models and designers in the rooms was a nice touch for decor. Modern room. Walk to the beach, stores and the ferry.

I happen to be there when family’s with kids were there so everything they did or said echoed thru . No windows.

The rooms were spotless, big, and comfortable. Front desk were so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious in the pastry shop attached to hotel. Their omelets were amazing, filling, and so cheap. Wait staff were all so nice and pastries fresh and tasty. Had stayed at hotel several times and will again.

Hall/lobby lights On all night so hard to sleep as room is too bright. I suggest heavier black lined curtains.

I like the idea of the "fashion hotel" and each room being themed. The interior is super cute, with the bathtub in the room. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

I was surprised to find out there were no windows in the rooms, so the air was a bit heavy inside.

The property is well located if you want to stay in the hotel zone. It was comfortable and clean (except for the shower area). Bathtub was great to have. The staff are very nice.

The Shower and bathroom floor weren't very clean, and the drains need clearing as they are blocked. There's quite a lot of light that enters the room from outside at night, so take an eyeshade mask!

Massive room with big bed. Bath in the room. Fun that rooms are all themed after a fashion company. I had Tiffany and Converse. Location is good but not great.Good A/C. Big TV. Goodish parking.

Felt a bit semi closed down. Also the front internal "wall" of the rooms are just opaque glass, so it was not very dark even with the curtains shut, and not very noise proof.

It had a nice design it was clean no bugs hot showers and priced very reasonably.

Nothing was a super turn off so no comment on what I didn’t like.

Central location. Reviews were very helpful and accurate. We were very pleased the breakfast offered was perfect.

We visited in December and it seemed a little quieter. If it was a high period there would possibly have been a problem with the noise we didn’t encounter this.

Location of hotel near beach and night life. Near super market.

It's loud sometimes if people are partying inside the building. The exchange rate paying with credit card was higher. We decide to pay in cash at last, but we still got charge. Asked for a letter for our bank to clarify the charge on my credit card, but hotel didn't help. Does little things make me lower the rate of this hotel. A simple letter..

The location is very good and for the price can't beat that, also the staff are so polite and helpful people friendly I have been to this hotel before and I will never stop returning

All inclusive was not like the other hotels with low quality food, in fact you could get the meals and drinks from four restaurants next to the hotel where their food was amazing!

Walls isolation was not good and it was a bit noisy. Air conditioner was not working properly. And also there was not any safe box in the room. There is not any window in the room therefore there's not real light and fresh air in the room.
